Me and the wife thought we'd give El Coyotito a try for a Sunday lunch. We both ordered tacos. At first I was surprised at the price for a taco, but after tasting the quality and taste of the tacos and the fact they hand make the tortillas, the price was justified. My favorite was the adobado and carnitas, make sure you get the spicy red salsa, it's very good. We also ordered a carne asada burrito to go for my son, he said it was fire!!! I have had several terrific meals here. It's worth going out of your way to come. It's a bit off the beaten path but once you sit down to a meal, the quality of the food and the skill and deft hand with seasoning that Miguel demonstrates in every dish make it worth the trip. Standouts for me were a sneakily refined homestyle chilaquiles and addictive chile rellenos.

This gem north of the orange plaza (circle) can't be beat! Authentic but also able to accomodate my special diet. Wonderfully prepared by a friendly couple who know food. Huraches, Sopes, Nopal, along with the usual. Im a fan of the Huevos Mexicanos and the Cactus and beefsteak.
