“This is my new ice cream spot! I love the flavors they offer and they're all made there, my fave is mazapan and coffee. The corn can't be beat either, good portion for the price. The aguas frescas are delicious and too many more items to mention. Plus every time I go the workers are always great, always friendly and helpful.“

“OH EM GEEE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I am baffled that I have been treated so poorly in every other place that I have ever gone to; but this place, this place is truly unlike the rest. To begin i had stepped foot into this fine establishment when a gorgeous young man greated me upon entering. I had learned his name to be Gerardo. This handsome man attended me so quickly and although after a couple minutes i did not know what I wanted he stayed patient with me. In the end what i wanted was the creamy and delicious fresas con crema, after i ordered it I watched as he filled my cup up so carefully. I finished the order and I wanted to make sure that the fresas con crema tasted as magnificent as it looked and it did!!!! I had accidentally spilled the sticky white goey substance onto my lips and cheek. To my surprise with his already outstanding service he offered to wipe this substance off of my face and he did. We shared a beautiful moment and I gave him a BIGGGG tip right after. This is the finest establishment I have visited to date and I’ve gone to many michelin star restaurants who don’t even come close to this perfect service provided by Gerardo. Gerardo is truly one for the people and with all due respect I would like to suggest he get a raise, because of his service I sure will be back again like many others for his white, creamy and perfectly crafted treats!!!“

“If you want to be technical it wasn't terribly overpriced, but at its face $10.99 for a chocotaco is a bit of a shocker. Then figure in that everything is handmade on sight and it's quite a massive taco... Then not so bad. Taste was underwhelming, ice cream was dense.“

“The guy was really nice when we walked in. He was patient and apologized to anyone who waited a bit longer. Wasn't much of a wait by the way. As soon as the blonde girl came in from her break, she didn't greet us or acknowledge us, and definitely didn't want to take our order. Maybe she needes a longer break. The guy was still helping another guest and then he helped me. Hiring manager should hire more people like him or increase his hours. He who puts the customers' needs first and help bring back customers.

BTW more customers came along and she still wouldn't come and help him. Talk about Team work.

“Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream is truly a hidden gem nestled in the charming heart of Downtown Redlands! I stopped by this ice cream shop yesterday after work. The inside of Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream is stunningly decorated and perfect in appearance. I absolutely loved their island-inspired design and the laid-back ambiance. The staff were friendly, humble, welcoming, and incredibly cooperative. They offer an extensive menu featuring mouthwatering Ice cream, Smoothies, Desserts, and Drinks. I chose Brownie Sundae with Pistachio, Double Fudge Chocolate, and Vanilla Ice Cream. They beautifully decorated the dessert with toppings like Sprinkles, Peanuts, Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream, and a Cherry on top, making it look even more photogenic and irresistible. I took a few snaps of my beautifully decorated dessert and started devouring it without further delay. The dessert was so bomb! It was extremely good, excellent, and impressive. I loved it so much and finished it in 10 minutes! I enjoyed the dessert. I had an amazing time and it’s no surprise that why Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream was crowned San Bernardino County’s Best Ice Cream in 2025. A great place for Ice Cream, Smoothies, Dessert, and Drinks. The prices are quite reasonable and budget-friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try more of their Dessert items and Ice Cream.“

“You can taste the quality. Customer service is the best. They let you sample their flavors but it’s all good. My favorite is the coconut and mascarpone. Wife loves the Dubai chocolate and the hazelnut flavors. Cookies are also good there. Join their rewards, you’ll be back for more.“

“I was just here I would give this place five stars, but I’m only giving it four because as I took my child here and went to use the bathroom there is no soap and when I asked them, she said they’re out of soap which is the same bathroom that the employees use, which means nobody is washing their hands because they’re all out of soap. “The moment I walked in, being from LI NY, I knew this was the real deal! The smell of NY pizza, slaps really good! I wish I weren't so far away. The store is a little dirty and could use some spot clean up (especially the sides of the drink fridge) but it's a quiet place and I like the froyo was properly frozen and not making a dripping mess like you see in Yogurtland. Pricing is very reasonable compared to what Yogurtland charges. Employees were really kind and they even sell figurines in the back too!“

“What I've tried on my first visit: Grasshopper, salted caramel, and banana dulce de leche macaron ice cream sandwiches. I've also tried the peanut butter brownie, blue velvet cake, and red velvet cupcake. Out of the three macaron ice cream sandwiches I've tried is the banana dulce de leche. The grasshopper is mint ice cream and the sandwich is dipped in dark chocolate; the salted caramel is self-descriptive; the banana dulce de leche has a nice flavor of banana and is nicely combined with caramel -- the sandwiches are not so sweet. The blue velvet cake is just okay, it has blueberries but I love their red velvet cupcake! It taste better than the blue velvet IMHO. The brownie is just a regular brownie. Next time if I'm around the area, I will try their milk shake and customize my own ice cream sandwich with their cookies.“

“My mom and I stopped by for a sweet treat and the workers here were lovely and patient. We chose to pick our ice cream from their signature creations and my mom went with the German chocolate cake while I picked the mud pie mojo. Both of our cups were packed to the brim with ice cream and after tasting both, I have to say the mud pie was my favorite since it was both creamy, sweet, and savory. The German chocolate cake is pretty good too but it fills like it’s missing something, not sure what.“

“So I walked in to the bakery it has two kiosks and one bakery. Another kiosk is located in front of the counter. They bake only a curtain amount of cookies a day. We got the chocolate chip original. The presentation was there in front with a box and a cookie inside.“

“Just a heads up Nu Scoop is actually located inside Mochi Lion, right next to Yogurtland.

I first tried to visit after having lunch across the st at the UV and was craving something sweet. I searched for ice cream and Nu Scoop came up, but it was pretty difficult to find. I ended up driving around the parking lot a couple of times, even looping around Wienerschnitzel before finally realizing thanks to a comment that it’s inside Mochi Lion.

When I went in, I asked to speak with the manager just to share the experience not in a negative way, just as feedback since it was a bit hard to locate. But he wasn't around. Unfortunately, to top it off, the machine was down at the time, so none of the Nu Scoop items were available.

I decided to give it another try the following week. This time the machine was working, but there was only one flavor available, coconut. I gave it a try anyway, and it was actually really delicious. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something dairy-free and high in protein definitely feels like a good post gym treat.

That said, I’d still like to go back and try more flavors since I didn’t have much of a selection the second time. Hoping third time’s the charm!
