Went to get the 5 dollar fill up cup was amazing thank you(: staff was also nice

The ice cream is excellent, and I really enjoy the quality and selection. 🍦🍨 However, the customer service needs significant improvement. Some of the employees come across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, which can make customers feel uncomfortable.
I believe a business with such a good product should also provide a positive and respectful customer experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the level of customer service.

Yesenia is always very nice, as soon we walk in she greets everyone with a smile. Thank you, Yesenia,for always smiling and giving great customer service.
