“The guy was really nice when we walked in. He was patient and apologized to anyone who waited a bit longer. Wasn't much of a wait by the way. As soon as the blonde girl came in from her break, she didn't greet us or acknowledge us, and definitely didn't want to take our order. Maybe she needes a longer break. The guy was still helping another guest and then he helped me. Hiring manager should hire more people like him or increase his hours. He who puts the customers' needs first and help bring back customers.
BTW more customers came along and she still wouldn't come and help him. Talk about Team work.

“Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream is truly a hidden gem nestled in the charming heart of Downtown Redlands! I stopped by this ice cream shop yesterday after work. The inside of Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream is stunningly decorated and perfect in appearance. I absolutely loved their island-inspired design and the laid-back ambiance. The staff were friendly, humble, welcoming, and incredibly cooperative. They offer an extensive menu featuring mouthwatering Ice cream, Smoothies, Desserts, and Drinks. I chose Brownie Sundae with Pistachio, Double Fudge Chocolate, and Vanilla Ice Cream. They beautifully decorated the dessert with toppings like Sprinkles, Peanuts, Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream, and a Cherry on top, making it look even more photogenic and irresistible. I took a few snaps of my beautifully decorated dessert and started devouring it without further delay. The dessert was so bomb! It was extremely good, excellent, and impressive. I loved it so much and finished it in 10 minutes! I enjoyed the dessert. I had an amazing time and it’s no surprise that why Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream was crowned San Bernardino County’s Best Ice Cream in 2025. A great place for Ice Cream, Smoothies, Dessert, and Drinks. The prices are quite reasonable and budget-friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try more of their Dessert items and Ice Cream.“

“Dairy Queen is pretty solid when it comes to satisfying that ice cream craving, especially on a hot day. I love their light-tasting ice cream and the Blizzards are always delicious — my personal favorite is the Strawberry Cheesecake. It's got just the right balance of sweet and creamy with a nice chunky strawberry twist.
Before the change in ownership, they used to have a delicious Rocky Road Blizzard with a marshmallow center that I really miss. Unfortunately, they no longer carry it and won’t take special requests for it, which was a bit disappointing.
This location can get quite crowded during hot weather (understandably), so expect it to be a bit crowded. Because there is limited seating inside, I usually sit outside, which is a nice option. Parking is free, but it fills up quickly when it gets busy. I don’t mind parking a bit farther away, especially since the lot is a little tight when it's packed.
The staff are pretty cool and always do the Blizzard flip, which is a fun gimmick to see. They also offer an inexpensive cold dog treat if you ask, which is a bonus for dog owners. Also, they serve really good ice cream cakes, which are excellent. The last time I bought a cake, I wanted an image printed on it, but their machine was down. Luckily, they let me bring my own image, and they made it work — great customer service in that moment.
If you're in the mood for a cold, creamy treat, Dairy Queen definitely hits the spot!“

“The moment I walked in, being from LI NY, I knew this was the real deal! The smell of NY pizza, slaps really good! I wish I weren't so far away. I got 7 slices and 2 doughs to share back home 2hrs away. Everyone loved their slices. Reminded them of what I bring back from NY. Mr. Joe and the cashier were super nice, very cool people. When I come to Loma linda for appointments, I will always stop by Slices and Swirls! Thank you Mr. Joe!“

“These are the best burgers ever! Real beef, thick, juicy patties..and NO skimping . you get great portion sizes. Fries are yummy and if you go between 2 to 5pm, you get 1/2 price shakes! I love coming here. Also, everybody is so nice...makes it a truly wonderful experience...thank you, Mooyah Burgers :). The store is a little dirty and could use some spot clean up (especially the sides of the drink fridge) but it's a quiet place and I like the froyo was properly frozen and not making a dripping mess like you see in Yogurtland. Pricing is very reasonable compared to what Yogurtland charges. Employees were really kind and they even sell figurines in the back too!“

“What I've tried on my first visit: Grasshopper, salted caramel, and banana dulce de leche macaron ice cream sandwiches. I've also tried the peanut butter brownie, blue velvet cake, and red velvet cupcake. Out of the three macaron ice cream sandwiches I've tried is the banana dulce de leche. The grasshopper is mint ice cream and the sandwich is dipped in dark chocolate; the salted caramel is self-descriptive; the banana dulce de leche has a nice flavor of banana and is nicely combined with caramel -- the sandwiches are not so sweet. The blue velvet cake is just okay, it has blueberries but I love their red velvet cupcake! It taste better than the blue velvet IMHO. The brownie is just a regular brownie. Next time if I'm around the area, I will try their milk shake and customize my own ice cream sandwich with their cookies.“

“So I walked in to the bakery it has two kiosks and one bakery. Another kiosk is located in front of the counter. They bake only a curtain amount of cookies a day. We got the chocolate chip original. The presentation was there in front with a box and a cookie inside.“

“Have been going here for the alkaline water for a few months. Owner is very nice and kind. They also have big bags ice and blocks of ice made from alkaline water. Definitely recommend this place for your water needs. They also have ice cold soft drinks, ice cream bars, and all types of candy. Highly recommend.“

“My mom and I stopped by for a sweet treat and the workers here were lovely and patient. We chose to pick our ice cream from their signature creations and my mom went with the German chocolate cake while I picked the mud pie mojo. Both of our cups were packed to the brim with ice cream and after tasting both, I have to say the mud pie was my favorite since it was both creamy, sweet, and savory. The German chocolate cake is pretty good too but it fills like it’s missing something, not sure what.“
