“One of my favorite Boba tea shops. And Hanna, the employee is so sweet and helpful, a delight every visit. Here you can order all sorts of teas and other drinks. They also have a selection of snacks that can be ordered from the local Vietnamese restaurant and a yogurt bar with lots of topping options.“

Such a great little spot! The customer service was AMAZING. He was so kind and let us sample different ice cream flavors, and when they didn’t have an item in the size we wanted, he was even willing to give us a discount. Honestly, I didn’t even want the discount because I love supporting small businesses, and the customer service alone made the experience worth it!
The snacks/botanas were SO good! It seriously took me back to high school with the Hot Cheetos and cheese 😂❤️. It’s the perfect place to grab some ice cream and snacks and just take a little walk and enjoy.
We really appreciated how welcoming and friendly the service was. The food, the snacks, and the experience were all amazing. We’ll definitely be back! 🍦🔥“

“Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream is truly a hidden gem nestled in the charming heart of Downtown Redlands! I stopped by this ice cream shop yesterday after work. The inside of Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream is stunningly decorated and perfect in appearance. I absolutely loved their island-inspired design and the laid-back ambiance. The staff were friendly, humble, welcoming, and incredibly cooperative. They offer an extensive menu featuring mouthwatering Ice cream, Smoothies, Desserts, and Drinks. I chose Brownie Sundae with Pistachio, Double Fudge Chocolate, and Vanilla Ice Cream. They beautifully decorated the dessert with toppings like Sprinkles, Peanuts, Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream, and a Cherry on top, making it look even more photogenic and irresistible. I took a few snaps of my beautifully decorated dessert and started devouring it without further delay. The dessert was so bomb! It was extremely good, excellent, and impressive. I loved it so much and finished it in 10 minutes! I enjoyed the dessert. I had an amazing time and it’s no surprise that why Lappert’s Super Premium Ice Cream was crowned San Bernardino County’s Best Ice Cream in 2025. A great place for Ice Cream, Smoothies, Dessert, and Drinks. The prices are quite reasonable and budget-friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try more of their Dessert items and Ice Cream.“

“The moment I walked in, being from LI NY, I knew this was the real deal! The smell of NY pizza, slaps really good! I wish I weren't so far away. I got 7 slices and 2 doughs to share back home 2hrs away. Everyone loved their slices. Reminded them of what I bring back from NY. Mr. Joe and the cashier were super nice, very cool people. When I come to Loma linda for appointments, I will always stop by Slices and Swirls! Thank you Mr. Joe!“

“What I've tried on my first visit: Grasshopper, salted caramel, and banana dulce de leche macaron ice cream sandwiches. I've also tried the peanut butter brownie, blue velvet cake, and red velvet cupcake. Out of the three macaron ice cream sandwiches I've tried is the banana dulce de leche. The grasshopper is mint ice cream and the sandwich is dipped in dark chocolate; the salted caramel is self-descriptive; the banana dulce de leche has a nice flavor of banana and is nicely combined with caramel -- the sandwiches are not so sweet. The blue velvet cake is just okay, it has blueberries but I love their red velvet cupcake! It taste better than the blue velvet IMHO. The brownie is just a regular brownie. Next time if I'm around the area, I will try their milk shake and customize my own ice cream sandwich with their cookies.“

“I brought a dozen Into the office. A guy that wouldn't normally have a donut grabbed one because hey said they looked really good when I popped the box open. Someone else happened to also bring a dozen in and everyone agreed that the Good Glaze donuts looked amd tasted better. “This place wasn't busy at all, and their drinks are GREAT!! The boba'a texture has been mastered, but it doesn't really have a taste. The drinks have balances the sweetness very well, and the flavor is spot on! They also have kind staff, and desserts for sale too. ALSO, THEY MADE THE DRINKS SO FAST??? Like... 2 drinks would only take a minute. I'm quite strict, but this place nails it! Great job! (Bonus, there's board games there that you can play!)“

“We recently stayed at The Virgin Hotel in LV and really enjoyed the ice cream shop. My kids insisted on having it each night. The French toast flavor tasted exactly like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal ❤️ My only negative, the staff wasn’t very friendly. Some of them almost seemed like they were bothered by being asked to do their job. Would it prevent me from going again…no but something to work on.“

“Best fresh squeezed orange juice in the area. I drive past 6 other donut shops to get to this one because the donuts are always fresh and made with love. The juice is fresh and delicious and the service is always friendly and quick. She’s not gonna charge u for the extra donut holes for the kids . Those are the reason I always come back.
