Ice cream is made in store! Everything is authentic and is made with care and love. I like the way each employee has their own style of making the treats! It adds class and authenticity to the establishment and it's produce. Great way to keep a business going.
We bought ice cream with chocolate dipped cones & we were very satisfied with the taste of the two different flavors. The employee was super nice & friendly too. This was a good first time experience at a Michoacana.

Minus 1.5 stars simply because customer service doesn't match the bright, happy atmosphere at all. You can tell these people hate their jobs, which is understandable in many retail shops and restaurants. However, we've all been to plenty of places like this where the service was welcoming, courteous, and oriented in delivering the best experience. Not the case here . I'm sure they have their reasons.
