I completely adored Nancy. I'm not sure if she's the owner or just an employee there. But whatever the case, she was nothing short of amazing. I had called four other baskin robins in the area before I got to this one, looking for a vintage heart cake. I knew that they were special orders. And she was kind enough to accommodate last minute.
