So I went in at around 650 pm feb. 22 and while we were ordering I had ask if there hiring i said because my son was looking for a job ( son has autism and was with me and heard everything ) and the girl told us well the owner don’t hire boys only girls. I was so mad and to top it off my older son and youngest was right there. I wish I could speak to owner or manager about this.

The lady that wears the scarf over her head is so rude and this isn't the first time! The other girl was making my ice cream and added the banana but literally put like an inch, so I asked her to add more and she was but then the lady asked her what size did I order and she reprimanded her in front of customers. Then my son ordered a smoothie and I guess she was adding too much of something and she was getting scolded in front of customers by this lady again and the girl was embarrassed! Bad customer service! Someone needs to reprimand this lady to see how she likes it!

Is amazing how people that works with customers are so rude. I felt rush and questioned when i requested more of one topping. I believe either the owner or whatever, must do something about these rude people.

This store missed an item in a delivery order. It took multiple attempts to call the store, and when I finally reached them, they made no effort to fix the problem. All they offered was to have me drive down and pick up the missing item. They have no concept of service recovery and terrible customer service. All they said was that they'd have a manager call. This is a terribly run store.

Rude worker named Dina tried to tell me I had to buy certain ice cream with the coupon I had. I go there everytime I get the bogo coupon and never had a problem, but today this Dina was very rude and even yelled at my daughter to pass her back the ice cream and told me she wouldn't give me a number or email to corporate.

Waddled my pregnant self into this location and was NEVER offered any service. The 2 girls working behind the counter stared at me, giggled and had a full blown conversation between the 2 of themselves and never once offered to take my order. They weren’t busy or tending to other matters. I was the only person in the shop. Highly disappointing. Would give zero if I could

H O R R I B L E. This location is one of the worst places to go to for an ice cream snack. The manager is very condescending to their employees and it's honestly not a good environment to bring your kids into.

My friend and I ordered the same item, cheesecake fantasy, but I got half the amount of ice cream she did and my waffle bowl was almost flat it sat on top of the cup and not in it. I asked the worker if the bowl was supposed to be like that and they responded with sometimes they come out like that. I am not sure if the staff is new but they did not even know what flavor ice cream was for a cheesecake fantasy. I am very disappointed because I payed $10 for half the amount I was supposed to get. I had to put my ice cream in a separate bowl because the waffle bowl was so flat and this is how much ice cream i got.

Ilene (sorry if I spelt that wrong) was so kind and welcoming when my sister in law and I came in about a half hour before closing. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of all the other woman working however they were also very kind and cracking jokes with us, which always makes for a great experience!! Such great customer service!! Definitely be back
