I was in a real pinch for a SAME DAY Pokemon ice cream cake for our daughter's birthday since we had been traveling leading up to the day. The franchise owner was there working and he was so helpful. Not only did he already have one ready to rock, he took the time to customize it for us right there on the spot. THANK YOU for your excellent service, we will be back!

I have ordered two cakes with them recently and have had a great experience with the cakes being exactly what Is asked for. I love that we can custom order cakes and most importantly appreciate that they call/text to follow up and confirm details of your order if there is a question or concern. Cakes are a big deal so them taking this extra step is something I appreciate. Pick up is always swift, and staff is friendly. Love coming to this location!

Solid place to get ice cream in the area!I came here on a Monday night around 8:30 PM. This was one of the few ice cream places in the area that didn't close at 9 PM but stayed open until 10 PM (great!). When we arrived, it was busy - there were six people in line ahead of us.
