“We came to Baskin Robins specifically to try their Dubai Chocolate inspired shake and sundae.

They were both very good and definitely full of texture and Dubai Chocolate flavors. It could have a little more pistachio cream in the middle of sundae. Dubai Chocolate is one of my favorites and I loved them.

They weren’t too busy but we brought ours home. Good customer service.“

“This review is overdue. First, I've been here twice and the service is just amazing. The ladies that work here are so nice and so is the guy in the back. Excellent customer service. Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.“

“I recently bought the Earl Grey Tea and Berry Cornbread at my local Kroger store and was blown away! The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. “Manager Marissa made delivery order while at Encino store which generally has very very poor service and makes lots of mistakes with no responsive management. However the day Marissa was covering for that store my cookies were the very best I have experienced. She was supposed to respond to my email and did not but did a great job on my delivery order and given my recent delivery issues I appreciate that she made sure my order was fresh and correct“

My go-to is Rocky Road with sprinkles. I do wish they had chocolate sprinkles like they do in Pennsylvania, but the red, white, and blue sprinkles are fun and very on-theme right now.

“One of our friends told us about this hidden ice cream spot! This Sunday, we decided to visit and check it out. The Creamery Cart is located inside Alfred Coffee near Balboa and Ventura!

The ice cream here is not a copycat concept — it’s something totally new! They call it artisanal, but I call it delicious! My kids loved it, and my family really enjoyed the atmosphere.

I highly recommend everyone come and chill here! The team is super friendly, and the portions are generous. Such a great idea, and I hope it stays forever. We’re definitely going to visit whenever we get the chance.

We tried the mango sorbet, vanilla bean, whiskey apple, and milk & cookies gelato, and every single flavor was incredible. So fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also picked a surprise box of 7 truffles to take home for later, and they did not disappoint—absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Everything from the flavors to the quality was top-notch. “Julian delivered outstanding customer service during an incredibly busy rush at Cold Stone. Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.

Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.

I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.

“So our journey begins with a hot day. A few degrees cooler than the SF valley, but still pretty hot. As we venture through quite a bit, we were looking for a place to cool-off. The first suggestion in the car was ICE CREAM!!!! The vote was unanimous. This presented a few decisions to be made. We can go to the valley, and enjoy Cold Stone or settle for something else. Clearly it was too far. So our next decision was to find one here in Simi Valley. At this point we find ourselves with something that happens in many food chains. We tend to find the greatest link that is above our set standards. When we think those standards are met by the rest of the links, we some how find the weakest link. This typically ruins the image of the whole food chain, or just keeps us going to one. That stereotype has been debunked by Cold Stone. Benefit of the doubt, maybe not all….maybe. In my scorecard Cold Stone is two for two. Making this location the treat location away from home.

In my snapshot when we came in we missed the masses by a minute or so. Like all other families had the same Idea at the same time(Almost). Which it was comforting to see this location filled up quick. The almost all male crew and one female were pretty fast in working together to get our-oh-so yummy treats in our hands. I have been on a chocolate trip lately, and the Germanchocolatekake was a nice way to give farewell to the evening sundown and welcome to the Sunday night.

As we walked outside, they have a patio with a waterfall fountain. Unique in style the area was serene. The only issue was that the table were dirty. As other customers of the shopping center made messes. Unfortunately I don’t think this area is observed by any one business. Luckily, we keep Clorox wipes. The table got cleaned, and there was the good deed for the day. Clearly this was an issue on most of the tables. Another family also enjoyed a Cold Stone treat. So we offered Clorox wipes to them as well. The down side was that I got pictures of the Ice cream when it was done. I think it makes a good reason to go, and enjoy your own cone, or cup of joy for yourself.“

“Great mom and pop place for anything juices, shaved ice , ice cream and hot chocolate!I got a Lulo juice,(not pictured) which is a subtle citrus yet earthy tea like shake that was right up my alley. I don't like overbearing sweetness. And since this shops main ingredients are 100% natural. It's perfect for my taste.I also got a shaved ice lemonade (pictured) which was perfect. I can taste the whole lemon essence with a perfect amount of sweetness!My brother got a hot chocolate (pictured) And it was phenomenal. A slightly gritty drink but all cocoa chocolate. Almost like a abuelitas chocolate mix. But way less sweet and more coco forward. Highly highly recommend.Overall if I lived near and frequented the mall I'd always get something from here. “WOW!! I typically don't write reviews but I was impressed. THE BEST ice cream shop in the valley serving Mexican flavors & antojitos! My favorite was the Maracuya (passionfruit) ice cream, it is so refreshing, it has the seeds in it so safe to assume they use fresh passionfruit. I have never been to a shop with that flavor. They also sell a Sandia Salsagehti Paleta, it is BOMB!! The owner is the sweetest, makes everything with love. A must try hole in the wall.“

“I have been coming to this place for many years. The frozen yogurt tastes great and has always been one of my favorites. Compared to other frozen yogurt shops, the prices are a little higher, but the quality is very good.
My only concern is that I hope they can adjust or repair the machines. Even a small push of the lever can dispense a large amount of frozen yogurt, making it easy to end up with more than intended.“

“Love Tutti! We go every week! I love the original tart, mango, and vanilla. Kiwi is good too but it’s not there anymore 😢 I love the popping bobas, the lychee jellies, mochi, cookie dough, and fresh cut kiwi. Just wish they had Nutella drizzle. The young girl at the register is so sweet, she always greets me with a smile. It’s always clean inside. I like to sit outside, just wish there was a little more seating outside with updated chairs and table with an umbrella.“
