“Holy smokes! This is the greatest Baskin-Robbins I’ve ever been to! Not only was the ice cream DELICIOUS, but the employees were friendly, helpful, and most importantly, KIND. I patronize this location 2 times a week MINIMUM. During my most recent visit to this wonderful establishment, I ordered a kids double scoop and the two flavors I chose were to DIE for. My first scoop was ROCKY ROAD and my second was BASEBALL NUT (I love my cashews). Both made my tum-tum say “yum yum.”“

Menchie’s in Valencia is truly amazing! We visit frequently with our kids and are always impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. The bar and toppings area are spotless, and the tables are well-maintained. The staff is exceptional, and Jennie stands out as a warm and welcoming presence. She's incredibly helpful, reminding us about our rewards and informing us of upcoming bonus points. In February, she provided us with great insights on what’s coming next!

Jennie’s friendly demeanor and constant smiles make our visits even more enjoyable. The machines are always in working order, and there's always ample seating for us to relax and enjoy our treats. We love Menchie’s for the perfect family atmosphere.

I don't like overbearing sweetness. And since this shops main ingredients are 100% natural. It's perfect for my taste.I also got a shaved ice lemonade (pictured) which was perfect. I can taste the whole lemon essence with a perfect amount of sweetness!My brother got a hot chocolate (pictured) And it was phenomenal. A slightly gritty drink but all cocoa chocolate. Almost like a abuelitas chocolate mix. But way less sweet and more coco forward. Highly highly recommend.Overall if I lived near and frequented the mall I'd always get something from here. This is a very unique ice cream man who pushes his car throughout the city sometimes walking miles and miles at a time.“

My favorite was the Maracuya (passionfruit) ice cream, it is so refreshing, it has the seeds in it so safe to assume they use fresh passionfruit. I have never been to a shop with that flavor. They also sell a Sandia Salsagehti Paleta, it is BOMB!! The owner is the sweetest, makes everything with love. A must try hole in the wall.“

“This spot is seriously one of the hidden gems around. The food is ALWAYS fresh, stacked, and made with care. Look at this sandwich, thick egg, fresh avocado, crisp vegetables, quality bread, everything balanced perfectly. You can tell they don’t cut corners here.

But honestly, the best part is the people. These ladies are some of the kindest workers I’ve met. They actually remember me and my order even if I haven’t been there for weeks, and they always treat me with genuine warmth and respect. That kind of service is rare now. You don’t feel like “just another customer” here.

The shop has that old-school neighborhood feeling where people actually care about their regulars. Great food, great energy, hardworking people, and consistently good service every single time.

“I took my wife to this La Michoacana location tonight because we were in the area and she wanted ice cream. She decided to get the paletas de leche which is the Mexican French Vanilla popsicles. She really liked the ice cream and the flavor. Before we left she decided she wanted the agua fresca smoothie so I brought it for her. We had a great time here and the customer service was great.“

“Love Tutti! We go every week! I love the original tart, mango, and vanilla. Kiwi is good too but it’s not there anymore 😢 I love the popping bobas, the lychee jellies, mochi, cookie dough, and fresh cut kiwi. Just wish they had Nutella drizzle. The young girl at the register is so sweet, she always greets me with a smile. It’s always clean inside. I like to sit outside, just wish there was a little more seating outside with updated chairs and table with an umbrella.“
