The owner is incredibly friendly and the water tastes way better than tap. It's hard to beat this place and it's service. Parking can be a little tight during peak times but even then it's worth it.
Low priced water refill, and ice cream. Very nice owner. It is located in a corner plaza with little parking. This typically causes the parking situation to be dire. This is also a location that middle schoolers frequent.
