Really kind and friendly staff which I appreciate. They let you sample some flavors since their ice cream menu is constantly changing. I appreciate that they let you sample the flavors since I can be choosy with what ice cream flavor I want. During the last visit, there was an issue with the gift card we had and the staff member was kind enough to see what the issue was and called (over the phone) the manager/owner in order to fix the issue. Baskin Robbins at Platt Village is a favorite of our family. We always have containers of Coffee & other flavors in our freezer at home. Thank you Shabbir & Staff for making this ice cream shop such a happy place.

Hey guys!! We ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday.And let me tell you. It was the perfect cake. I wanna to thank Shavir for his service.I think some items are pricing than others but i 'm coming back for sure. highly recommended 100%
