Jessica the manager saves the day! My app glitches and she still honored my coupon! She was kind and friendly and understanding. The food came out fast and was hot and delicious. There is plenty of parking if you want to go inside and eat. The drive thru went quickly and efficiently. I didn't go inside so I can't comment on that but I will be back just because of Jessica! Thank you again for being so friendly during a bad situation.
I keep trying at West Hills El Polo. But almost every time an item is missing. After waiting over 15 minutes for chicken to be cooked and it was almost dinner time. They forgot my flour tortillas and purchased churros and they were hard as a rock. I even asked twice are you sure everything is in bag and was told yes. Not wasting gas to go back

I ordered a Chicken Avocado Burrito. I've had the same burrito many times, although it's been a while. This was so poorly made. I had 90% cabbage, 5% beans, 4% shredded chicken and 1% avocado. It still tasted ok but I don't care to waste $10.00 on a burrito filled with cabbage. I'm sure they are cutting back on fillings due to the economy or is it poorly trained staff???? Not sure but just be aware of what you are paying for vs what you receive.
