“Manager Marissa made delivery order while at Encino store which generally has very very poor service and makes lots of mistakes with no responsive management. However the day Marissa was covering for that store my cookies were the very best I have experienced. She was supposed to respond to my email and did not but did a great job on my delivery order and given my recent delivery issues I appreciate that she made sure my order was fresh and correct“

“I have been coming to this place for many years. The frozen yogurt tastes great and has always been one of my favorites. Compared to other frozen yogurt shops, the prices are a little higher, but the quality is very good.
My only concern is that I hope they can adjust or repair the machines. Even a small push of the lever can dispense a large amount of frozen yogurt, making it easy to end up with more than intended.“

“Cold Stone still delivers the great ice cream experience it’s known for, with plenty of flavors and mix-ins to customize your creation. The quality of the ice cream was excellent, and my order turned out just as expected.

During my visit, though, there was only one employee working, which slowed the line more than I would have liked. The outdoor seating area also looked a bit worn and could use some attention to make it a more inviting place to enjoy your dessert. Even so, the product itself was very good, and I’d happily stop by again when I’m in the mood for a sweet treat.“

“This review is overdue. First, I've been here twice and the service is just amazing. The ladies that work here are so nice and so is the guy in the back. Excellent customer service. Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.“

The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. “We stumbled into Tifa Chocolate & Gelato completely on a whim after eating at the sushi restaurant next door, and wow—what a happy accident! We tried the mango sorbet, vanilla bean, whiskey apple, and milk & cookies gelato, and every single flavor was incredible. So fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also picked a surprise box of 7 truffles to take home for later, and they did not disappoint—absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Everything from the flavors to the quality was top-notch. I actually brought the yogurt home and weighed it and I was cheated! The gentleman who works evenings is super nice and definitely does his job.“

“Julian delivered outstanding customer service during an incredibly busy rush at Cold Stone. Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.

Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.

I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.

“So our journey begins with a hot day. A few degrees cooler than the SF valley, but still pretty hot. As we venture through quite a bit, we were looking for a place to cool-off. The first suggestion in the car was ICE CREAM!!!! The vote was unanimous. This presented a few decisions to be made. We can go to the valley, and enjoy Cold Stone or settle for something else. Clearly it was too far. So our next decision was to find one here in Simi Valley. At this point we find ourselves with something that happens in many food chains. We tend to find the greatest link that is above our set standards. When we think those standards are met by the rest of the links, we some how find the weakest link. This typically ruins the image of the whole food chain, or just keeps us going to one. That stereotype has been debunked by Cold Stone. Benefit of the doubt, maybe not all….maybe. In my scorecard Cold Stone is two for two. Making this location the treat location away from home.

In my snapshot when we came in we missed the masses by a minute or so. Like all other families had the same Idea at the same time(Almost). Which it was comforting to see this location filled up quick. The almost all male crew and one female were pretty fast in working together to get our-oh-so yummy treats in our hands. I have been on a chocolate trip lately, and the Germanchocolatekake was a nice way to give farewell to the evening sundown and welcome to the Sunday night.

As we walked outside, they have a patio with a waterfall fountain. Unique in style the area was serene. The only issue was that the table were dirty. As other customers of the shopping center made messes. Unfortunately I don’t think this area is observed by any one business. Luckily, we keep Clorox wipes. The table got cleaned, and there was the good deed for the day. Clearly this was an issue on most of the tables. Another family also enjoyed a Cold Stone treat. So we offered Clorox wipes to them as well. The down side was that I got pictures of the Ice cream when it was done. I think it makes a good reason to go, and enjoy your own cone, or cup of joy for yourself.“

“Great mom and pop place for anything juices, shaved ice , ice cream and hot chocolate!I got a Lulo juice,(not pictured) which is a subtle citrus yet earthy tea like shake that was right up my alley. I don't like overbearing sweetness. And since this shops main ingredients are 100% natural. It's perfect for my taste.I also got a shaved ice lemonade (pictured) which was perfect. I can taste the whole lemon essence with a perfect amount of sweetness!My brother got a hot chocolate (pictured) And it was phenomenal. A slightly gritty drink but all cocoa chocolate. Almost like a abuelitas chocolate mix. But way less sweet and more coco forward. Highly highly recommend.Overall if I lived near and frequented the mall I'd always get something from here.
