“This review is overdue. First, I've been here twice and the service is just amazing. The ladies that work here are so nice and so is the guy in the back. Excellent customer service. Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.“

“I recently bought the Earl Grey Tea and Berry Cornbread at my local Kroger store and was blown away! The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors.“

“We stumbled into Tifa Chocolate & Gelato completely on a whim after eating at the sushi restaurant next door, and wow—what a happy accident! We tried the mango sorbet, vanilla bean, whiskey apple, and milk & cookies gelato, and every single flavor was incredible. So fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also picked a surprise box of 7 truffles to take home for later, and they did not disappoint—absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Everything from the flavors to the quality was top-notch. “Manager Marissa made delivery order while at Encino store which generally has very very poor service and makes lots of mistakes with no responsive management. However the day Marissa was covering for that store my cookies were the very best I have experienced. She was supposed to respond to my email and did not but did a great job on my delivery order and given my recent delivery issues I appreciate that she made sure my order was fresh and correct“

“I can’t say enough good things about Handel’s Ice Cream — so delish. Everything always tastes so fresh, and I love that you can get a really small cup when you just want a little treat. The staff is always also so sweet!

My go-to is Rocky Road with sprinkles. I do wish they had chocolate sprinkles like they do in Pennsylvania, but the red, white, and blue sprinkles are fun and very on-theme right now.

“Been to other locations for Tifa. But this was our first visit to his location. There is a nice fountain right outside of the store so it would be a nice experience to sit by the fountain and enjoy the gelato.

The inside of this store is nice, pretty similiar to the other location nearby. You can get board games and hang out a bit in the cool air conditioning.

We got two samples and my daughter ordered a small cup. She liked the flavors. It would have been better if the greetings were a bit warmer. Really there wasn’t much, not even hello or a smile from either server of the day. I have been to a few places in a day and this was the only one that was a bit off.

“My friends and I were in the area and decided to give this place a try, and honestly, 10/10 would recommend. It was clean, the staff was amazing, the experience itself was just awesome. “Great mom and pop place for anything juices, shaved ice , ice cream and hot chocolate!I got a Lulo juice,(not pictured) which is a subtle citrus yet earthy tea like shake that was right up my alley. I don't like overbearing sweetness. And since this shops main ingredients are 100% natural. It's perfect for my taste.I also got a shaved ice lemonade (pictured) which was perfect. I can taste the whole lemon essence with a perfect amount of sweetness!My brother got a hot chocolate (pictured) And it was phenomenal. A slightly gritty drink but all cocoa chocolate. Almost like a abuelitas chocolate mix. But way less sweet and more coco forward. Highly highly recommend.Overall if I lived near and frequented the mall I'd always get something from here. “WOW!! I typically don't write reviews but I was impressed. THE BEST ice cream shop in the valley serving Mexican flavors & antojitos! My favorite was the Maracuya (passionfruit) ice cream, it is so refreshing, it has the seeds in it so safe to assume they use fresh passionfruit. I have never been to a shop with that flavor. They also sell a Sandia Salsagehti Paleta, it is BOMB!! The owner is the sweetest, makes everything with love. A must try hole in the wall.“

“I have been coming to this place for many years. The frozen yogurt tastes great and has always been one of my favorites. Compared to other frozen yogurt shops, the prices are a little higher, but the quality is very good.
My only concern is that I hope they can adjust or repair the machines. Even a small push of the lever can dispense a large amount of frozen yogurt, making it easy to end up with more than intended.“

“I stopped by this Dairy Queen to use my TMobile Tuesday code on the blizzard. This location is near where my work office is so it made sense for me. I placed my order off the mobile app. To use the deal on the blizzard I had to buy something else first, so I got a bag of Lays chips.

I found parking just fine in the plaza this store is located in. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all so I just give the lady the name of my order. She handed it to me and I ate some of it inside of the store. I thought it was good and better to eat when it's fresh. Customer service was great when I was here. They have outdoor seating here as well.“

“The guy that usually works evenings is very nice & friendly. He deserves a raise. The owner/manager of the store working days is a rude racist. He treats my close family member like dirt. This family member is mixed race. I see the mgr. Go out of his way to be nice to others, but not my relative The manager ignores my relative, makes him wait to be checked out, ringing up ppl behind him in line first. My relative is a good customer who comes in daily. He and I will only go there in the evening when that nice gentleman is working.“

“Sweet tooth kicked in the other day so I stopped by La Michoacana Plus in Simi Valley and I’m seriously glad I did. This place has a huge selection of ice cream and treats, and everything looked super fresh and delicious. They’ve got tons of fruit popsicles/paletas with different flavors, plus all kinds of other snacks like chips and drinks too.

The ice cream was really good, the variety is amazing, and it’s one of those spots you’ll want to keep coming back to because there’s so much to try. Definitely a new favorite dessert stop for me.
