“This review is overdue. First, I've been here twice and the service is just amazing. The ladies that work here are so nice and so is the guy in the back. Excellent customer service. Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.“

“I recently bought the Earl Grey Tea and Berry Cornbread at my local Kroger store and was blown away! The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Handel’s Ice Cream — so delish. Everything always tastes so fresh, and I love that you can get a really small cup when you just want a little treat. The staff is always also so sweet!

My go-to is Rocky Road with sprinkles. I do wish they had chocolate sprinkles like they do in Pennsylvania, but the red, white, and blue sprinkles are fun and very on-theme right now.

“One of our friends told us about this hidden ice cream spot! This Sunday, we decided to visit and check it out. The Creamery Cart is located inside Alfred Coffee near Balboa and Ventura!

The ice cream here is not a copycat concept — it’s something totally new! They call it artisanal, but I call it delicious! My kids loved it, and my family really enjoyed the atmosphere.

I highly recommend everyone come and chill here! The team is super friendly, and the portions are generous. Such a great idea, and I hope it stays forever. We’re definitely going to visit whenever we get the chance.

“This spot is seriously one of the hidden gems around. The food is ALWAYS fresh, stacked, and made with care. Look at this sandwich, thick egg, fresh avocado, crisp vegetables, quality bread, everything balanced perfectly. You can tell they don’t cut corners here.

But honestly, the best part is the people. These ladies are some of the kindest workers I’ve met. They actually remember me and my order even if I haven’t been there for weeks, and they always treat me with genuine warmth and respect. That kind of service is rare now. You don’t feel like “just another customer” here.

The shop has that old-school neighborhood feeling where people actually care about their regulars. Great food, great energy, hardworking people, and consistently good service every single time.

I don't like overbearing sweetness. And since this shops main ingredients are 100% natural. It's perfect for my taste.I also got a shaved ice lemonade (pictured) which was perfect. I can taste the whole lemon essence with a perfect amount of sweetness!My brother got a hot chocolate (pictured) And it was phenomenal. A slightly gritty drink but all cocoa chocolate. “WOW!! I typically don't write reviews but I was impressed. THE BEST ice cream shop in the valley serving Mexican flavors & antojitos! My favorite was the Maracuya (passionfruit) ice cream, it is so refreshing, it has the seeds in it so safe to assume they use fresh passionfruit. I have never been to a shop with that flavor. They also sell a Sandia Salsagehti Paleta, it is BOMB!! The owner is the sweetest, makes everything with love. A must try hole in the wall.“

“I have been coming to this place for many years. The frozen yogurt tastes great and has always been one of my favorites. Compared to other frozen yogurt shops, the prices are a little higher, but the quality is very good.
My only concern is that I hope they can adjust or repair the machines. Even a small push of the lever can dispense a large amount of frozen yogurt, making it easy to end up with more than intended.“
