“The valley is filled with all sorts of amazing diners and Nat’s is definitely one of them. I drive up to the valley from West LA frequently for great diners and would highly suggest trying this one out if you haven’t already. It’s a traditional country diner with large sized portions and fair pricing. They have a very small parking lot in the back, but it was full when we arrived for Saturday brunch so we had to do metered street parking. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out quickly. Inside is really homely and fairly small. They don’t have outdoor seating so if it’s very busy, expect to wait a little bit for one of the inside tables.

They have a fairly large menu, and it has all the classic options that you would expect. As always I started with a cup of coffee and it was strong and delicious. We also shared a Cinnamon Roll to start our meal and it was honestly really good. It did not have the traditional white cream cheese frosting, but I still enjoyed it. For my meal, I chose the Short Rib Benedict and thought it was terrific. The meat was really tender, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I would definitely order it again.

Overall a great diner and a solid breakfast, brunch, or lunch spot. I plan to be back in the near future to try more items.

“This is a great place to get breakfast. I usually get some biscuits and gravy with an orange juice but you can’t never go wrong with some pancakes or just some eggs hash browns and some toast. There is also a decent amount of parking that is behind the restaurant accessible from Ventura or the back alley.“

Doan’s was my choice because they were willing to work with our budget, but mostly because : THEY ARE SO NICE! One phone call with Marina, and I knew I liked her. I knew I could trust her to do great work. She was supportive, kind, and was on my side. They provided the cake, delivered, and placed the topper and flowers on our cake. “Their turkey, cheese and cranberry sandwich, plus an iced Vanilla Latte, is something I’ve looked forward to every Tuesday afternoon around 3:15 after I finished volunteering as one of Kaiser’s pianists in the lobby. Imagine my disappointment when Lorelle’s changed their hours this month! I miss your food and amazing staff!?“

“Nice clean Starbucks with a drive thru. No pastry on display here you just need to pick from a menu. I normally just order in advance through the app since I don’t like waiting but I went in on a super hot SFV afternoon and the barista who served me was super nice and accommodating. Starbucks is good quality but the rating is more for the service than anything else.

Kid-friendliness: Barista was very sweet to my kids and offered them drink and food suggestions when they asked.“

“If I could give this place more stars I would. Out of the copious amounts of Starbucks I've been to I have never felt as well serviced and satisfied as I did here. I was helped by a lovely woman Milan. She was so incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and helping me to make the best choice. She made a great reccomendation and made it very well. That girl seemed to be all over the place, she really deserves a promotion or a raise. Overall everything was clean and seemed to run smooth. I will 100% be going out of my way to come here again. Great job!!“

“This is the Coffee Bean closest to my home. I’ve been coming here for years, even before their remodel and expansion. It’s always been staffed well with friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming people. I guess my only complaint is that these nice people eventually move on, but they are replaced by more great staff. Today I was helped by trainee Dayra, and she seems like she will be a great addition to the team.

Today I thought to report to the community that nowadays I get 5-star service from Billy, and from Kaley. I love how they make me feel at home, and like how they are always happy to help. They remember my drink, and always prepare my Americano just right—never bitter.

I love this location. Large dining room. Plenty of seating and parking. Clean restrooms, clean everything.

“Starbucks is Starbucks. Same great coffee. Same, well trained, friendly service. Starbucks cafes differ slightly in interior decoration. So as you travel there's always something to discover.

But, the reason you came, the drinks, are as you expect.

Dine outside under the covered patio, or inside on several well spaced tables.

Bathrooms are located down a short hallway, near the order counter.

Everything is ADA compatible. Lots of free parking.“

“This is a nice little Starbucks, but not especially accommodating for people with laptops, it's more of an in & out kind of place.It's in a strip mall, next to an anchor grocery store, parking is a nightmare, but if you're eastbound on Ventura Blvd then it's a convenient stop, notwithstanding the lack of available parking (as many spaces as there actually are), and of course, no drive-thru service available.“

“This particular Starbucks is located in the main lobby of a Marriott Hotel. The employees were courteous and polite. I order a hot vanilla latte with heavy whipping cream and it was made perfect. I also got the egg, sausage and cheese burrito which was very good and actually filling. I highly recommend both!

“Nice outside seating. Coffee is good. No lid when serving the order-anyone can talk over my drink on the countertop. No sleeves and had to ask for one-they only offer double cupping. No sleeves. Idk how other people just hold a hot cup without a sleeve. Friendly employees but slow serving. My cold drink has ice already half melted by the time I got it. The outside seating compensated the service. I have been to other blue bottles locations and this one is the lowest rate.“
