“Very easy menu. Very clean and a good experience overall. Lots of Pikachu there too. I got their 2 donuts that are Vegan. The lemonade is really good. There something sweet and citrus at the bottom.“

“I feel like every time I keep coming back they somehow get better, in my last 10 visits here I’ve only had one bad experience, but in general everyone here is very friendly. Whenever I need coffee, I come here first if they’re open. I’m not sure who made my coffee today, but almost everyone here is good enough to run like their shop.“

“Literally drive to this location for their Ham, Cheese and Jalapeño croissant. It’s absolutely delicious. Better than ‘Yum Yum’s’ in my opinion. Also the staff is very hospitable and the place is always clean. Great variety of selections to choose from. Must try!!“

“This local Cafe is my new favorite spot. The staff are dear, sweet people who are like sunshine 🌞. you really can't feel grumpy after visiting this place. The treats and coffee are a 100 times better than Starbucks and the price is fair.“

“I like this place. Used to live nearby, but moved in 2024. I now travel 17 miles to go to this place. It has a low key vibe, service is good, and the food is good. It's inside a Nordstrom at the mall. So, it's a good spot in between shopping errands and seeing a movie at the AMC. They have a happy hour and a bar. They share pretty much the same menu as Cafe Verde at Century City & The Grove, which is blocks from me, but I prefer this location and they have French Onion soup which the others don't.“

“OH My God, I went over to get a Caramel latte the other day and the workers are so GREAT. I think one of them was named Jose and a Supervisor named Nicky or Vicky, they both were so nice and offered one of the best service I haven't gotten in a long time. 100% recommend if you value customer service and quality drinks.“

“I would like to say I have never had this happen to me before my debit card was not working I am a doordash driver and the card kept declining because there was a fraud alert on it which I cleared but yet it still declined again I went through the drive-thru and I was assisted by George and he was very patient with the issue as I pulled over somewhere to take care of the problem which I thought it had been taken care of come to find out they were closing the drinks had already been made and I tried to run the transaction again after clearing the fraud alert and it still declined George insisted that he would pay for it out of his own pocket and when I told him that I would bring him back the money as soon as the card was cleared he told me don't worry about it has such a smooth character his customer service is over and beyond definitely a bright future for him as a manager due to his dedication for his customers thank you very much George I've never had this happen to me before and I appreciate you 1,000%“

“I went through the drive-through around 9:00pm and the parking lot was spotless, I mean no trash anywhere. The service was amazing as well, the lady who took my order at the speaker was very friendly. The only issue I have goes to Starbucks corporation itself and none of its hardworking employees. Pay them more and stop making them ask for tips! I tip now because I know they don't get paid enough for their work, but I would appreciate you as a company being able to supply a proper wage in exchange for the tip screen.“
