“This may honestly be the go-to sit-down Starbucks in West Hills. The indoor seating is limited, but the outdoor patio is what makes this location stand out. It’s tucked away enough from the street and parking lot to actually feel relaxed, while still keeping that energetic coffee shop atmosphere people look for in a Starbucks.

The staff here was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which elevated the whole experience. Drinks came out quickly and correctly, and the overall operation felt smooth and well managed. The coded bathroom was also a nice touch that helped the location stay cleaner and more customer-oriented.

Food and drinks were solid overall, but the real strength of this Starbucks is the atmosphere. It strikes a rare balance of being busy without feeling stressful, making it a genuinely good place to sit down, work, meet up, or just enjoy a coffee for a while.“

They now have the coolest outdoor furniture and many different seating options. “This was my first time visiting Jesse's Grind, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich, and both were fresh, delicious, and made with care. Everything tasted amazing, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.

“Travelled from Nova Scotia, Canada recently for an event. Love hunting down good coffee and good vibes. Rented a car for the day and stumbled on Awkward Coffee. Based on the name alone I knew we had to go. Very friendly staff, great selection of specialty drinks and sweet treats. Got to sample their new strawberry cold foam while we were waiting as well 🫣 I would make the trip from Nova Scotia again just to go back and visit this shop. “Been coming for years. Always love it. But the matcha really went downhill in the last couple years. It’s chalky and powdery and taste awful. It used to be perfect. They changed something and we have to pick other places to go if we’re wanting a good matcha. Coffee also changed in that time period. Not as bad tho just a little less good quality. But bc their food is on point and the atmosphere is amazing ppl probably just accept it. I wish they’d go back to the old matchas at least“

“After reading Google Reviews, this place was on our list for breakfast while visiting Calabasas. It's really an old diner with good old fashioned breakfast. Service was really good, breakfast was great and selection on the menu was awesome. While we got lucky finding a parking spot on a busy Sunday morning, I can see where that could be an issue.“

“We stumbled into Tifa Chocolate & Gelato completely on a whim after eating at the sushi restaurant next door, and wow—what a happy accident! We tried the mango sorbet, vanilla bean, whiskey apple, and milk & cookies gelato, and every single flavor was incredible. So fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also picked a surprise box of 7 truffles to take home for later, and they did not disappoint—absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Everything from the flavors to the quality was top-notch. I just wish we had a place like this back home in Louisiana! If you’re nearby, this spot is a must-stop treat. 🍦✨“

Definately wished the binsoo would have more of the drizzle and toppings for the sweetness and flavor layered into the bingsoo because once you eat it off the top, its all downhill after. Plenty of mochi though. Strawberry matcha is a bit expensive for the location and quality.“
