“This may honestly be the go-to sit-down Starbucks in West Hills. The indoor seating is limited, but the outdoor patio is what makes this location stand out. It’s tucked away enough from the street and parking lot to actually feel relaxed, while still keeping that energetic coffee shop atmosphere people look for in a Starbucks.

The staff here was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which elevated the whole experience. Drinks came out quickly and correctly, and the overall operation felt smooth and well managed. The coded bathroom was also a nice touch that helped the location stay cleaner and more customer-oriented.

Food and drinks were solid overall, but the real strength of this Starbucks is the atmosphere. It strikes a rare balance of being busy without feeling stressful, making it a genuinely good place to sit down, work, meet up, or just enjoy a coffee for a while.“

The only thing id recommend is to get it with a fork because the dragonfruit pieces are delightful and you don’t have a lot to worry I would just throw them away if I could find one with the right shape for a good sized piece and just throw it away for the right size and the rest is fine but the only way I can do it would probably just throw them in a plastic container!!! Highly recommended!!!“

“This was my first time visiting Jesse's Grind, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich, and both were fresh, delicious, and made with care. “Travelled from Nova Scotia, Canada recently for an event. Love hunting down good coffee and good vibes. Rented a car for the day and stumbled on Awkward Coffee. Based on the name alone I knew we had to go. Very friendly staff, great selection of specialty drinks and sweet treats. Got to sample their new strawberry cold foam while we were waiting as well 🫣 I would make the trip from Nova Scotia again just to go back and visit this shop. “We stumbled into Tifa Chocolate & Gelato completely on a whim after eating at the sushi restaurant next door, and wow—what a happy accident! We tried the mango sorbet, vanilla bean, whiskey apple, and milk & cookies gelato, and every single flavor was incredible. So fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also picked a surprise box of 7 truffles to take home for later, and they did not disappoint—absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Everything from the flavors to the quality was top-notch. I just wish we had a place like this back home in Louisiana! If you’re nearby, this spot is a must-stop treat. 🍦✨“

Definately wished the binsoo would have more of the drizzle and toppings for the sweetness and flavor layered into the bingsoo because once you eat it off the top, its all downhill after. Plenty of mochi though. Strawberry matcha is a bit expensive for the location and quality.“

“My favorite place to get coffee. Have a few specialty drinks I toggle between that are my favorites. They have some unique and delicious muffins and a chocolate chip cookie to die for. I think the cookie is gluten-free....but you wouldn't know. Its so tasty. Was so happy to find this gem 7 years ago and have been going there ever since“

“First visit, loved the food, nice greeting from the manager, big menu, lots of free parking, clean restaurant & bathrooms. There is a line for tables because the food is so good. The dessert display looks amazing. Overall 5 stars will definitely come back and recommend to friends. My only issue, and it’s very minor, is the salt & pepper granules are too big to come out of the tiny holes in the S&P shakers, I did have to unscrew the lids. But I took every bite home as leftovers because it was so yummy.“

Whenever I need coffee, I come here first if they’re open. I’m not sure who made my coffee today, but almost everyone here is good enough to run like their shop.“

“I absolutely love this coffee shop. The drinks are definitely on the sweeter side so I always add an extra double shot to my lates and they taste perfect! The vegetarian options are great, I’d recommend the Vegano burrito for something filling or the breakfast burrito with Soyrizo if you want something lighter. Try the Abuelita late with an Extra double shot of espresso I swear you’re going to love it, I got all of my coworker hooked on it! The staff is always so nice and welcoming. This is hands down their best location.“
