“Carrara’s is one of my favorite places to go to! It’s one of the most authentic Italian cafes I’ve been to out here. The coffee is so good and the pastries don’t just look pretty, but they’re actually delicious. Everyone who works here is so nice and goes above and beyond! I wish I knew everyone’s names but from going there as often as I do I can honestly say Tallin, Danica, Alir, Sarah and really just the whole staff is so sweet and they make you feel so welcomed! Alir makes some of the best lattes I’ve ever had and Tallin decorates the foam on the lattes and the desserts in a beautiful way! I love everything about this place and would highly recommend :)“
“I went there and ordered a special German cake for my husbands birthday. As a German I was really critical and didn't expect them to get that cake a 100% right.BUT THEY NAILED IT!!!! My husband was so so happy brought a little home back.“
“We have eaten here many times, and the food is always delicious. However, this time we had a reservation and we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. After salad and appetizers it took almost and hour to receive our entrees. We all ordered pasta dishes and they were over priced and very small portions as well. My son ordered the Lobster special pasta and the pasta portion was child size! There was also a 35.00 corkage fee, which is a little high for a restaurant trying not to be pretentious. This experience reminds us of why we don't eat here that often. The food is delicious, which is probably why we will find our way back eventually!“
“This store stays actively busy in the morning but the staff still welcome you with smiles and a friendly welcome and good morning as soon as you walk in the door. My orders are always ready and I can they put effort into organizing the mobile orders to keep things simple and easy to find. Drinks always taste great! Only thing that can sometimes be slightly tricky is getting traffic to stop for a moment to pull into the parking lot but they have no control over that. Keep up the awesome work!“
“The Starbucks on 5827 Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills is awesome and so community minded. The amazing manager Nixie and her extraordinary team, especially team member Ethan, have provided continual exceptional and much appreciated excellent service. As the President of the Agoura High Parent Faculty Committee I have the pleasure of working with Nixie's team on my weekly coffee pick up for the AHS principal's staff meeting. I am always greeted with a smile from every team member, but Ethan and Nixie know me by name. They both make sure everything is ready to go by 8:30 pickup, and they are eager to fill any special staff requests. Starbuck's Manager Nixie, her entire team and team member Ethan, have graciously helped the AHS PFC make our Agoura High staff feel so special on so many occasions. “Really appreciate the 24 hour open policy. Love the apple fritters, chocolate glazed and they even can toast a decent bagel. The coffee is very good and reasonably priced. When available, I'm always good for the freshly squeezed OJ. My go-to place in the wee hours of the morning.“
“Crissy is AMAZING!! She was so sweet and helped me decide! it's a small space but she did an amazing job making it homey and comfy! She baked all of the cookies in house everyday! you could smell how deliciosos! The smoothies are made with real fruit and it shows! she was very generous and didn't skimp out on filling up the cup!! Happy to find a new smoothie place that i live in the area!!!!“
