“This location gets very packed at breakfast and lunch time. They do have a drive through so I suggest you to go through the drive through if you want to get your order faster than others waiting in store.

I come here mostly during off rush hours. It’s been quite ok. Quiet and cool. I have noticed that most of the Starbucks locations around here hire young people. Guys give them a chance at working. I have a teen daughter who also worked at a cafe place in high school and had gone through some rough times. They need to grow up with some encouragement. If they have made mistakes on your orders, bring them back for exchange. If it still doesn’t work guess that’s where you pull the bad reviews.“

“An amazing place! I’ve never had a bad drink here, and I appreciate the unique flavors. My faves are the mango matcha (very juicy) and the saffron latte (unique and earthy-sweet). Everyone there is also delightful to talk to, and they all make great drinks. The owner’s there almost every day, and we always take time to chat with him.
Sapphire made me a Dubai latte and cortado today, and both were delicious! She was also a delight to talk to.“

“The food was very delicious, and I really loved the vibe of the cafe. Everything is white, bright, and beautifully designed, which makes the atmosphere feel very pleasant and stylish.

The service could definitely be better, though. We had to wait quite a while for a plate, and at one point I even had to get up myself to get a spoon. That part was a little disappointing.

Overall, it’s a beautiful place with a great atmosphere and really tasty food. I still enjoyed my experience and would come back for the food and the vibe!“

So, we stopped by to visit some friends that live in the area and they offered to pick up some pizza for dinner and we said sure!

We stopped and picked up a few from this place and headed back to their place to visit. We couldn't get over how delicious these pizzas were, Oh My!

Really good, and if we lived nearby this place would be a regular spot because damn.

“We stumbled into Tifa Chocolate & Gelato completely on a whim after eating at the sushi restaurant next door, and wow—what a happy accident! We tried the mango sorbet, vanilla bean, whiskey apple, and milk & cookies gelato, and every single flavor was incredible. So fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also picked a surprise box of 7 truffles to take home for later, and they did not disappoint—absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Everything from the flavors to the quality was top-notch. “Staying at a hotel down the street and wasn’t expecting the coffee nearby to be that great but I am very pleasantly surprised by my cappuccino. Service was great as well. Came twice today and will be back before I head out of town tomorrow. (the cinnamon roll was a bit dry and barely got warmed up when they heated it. But some other baked goods looked yummy)“

“The Cookie Cafe is a hidden gem. Its name does not provide the actual food it offers. AND, their homemade cookies are FRESH and DELICIOUS! They have breakfast, lunch and dinner options. They offer coffee and espresso. And, their prices are Betty reasonable. They also have a nice dining area inside and a few tables outside. Their staff are nice and helpful. If you are in the neighborhood, it’s worth the stop to check it out.“

“We liked it so much we had to go two days in a row. Service was good especially the bar staff on the patio. First day, hubby had the burger…amazing and I had the Tortilla salad…wow!! The white iced tea was refreshing. The second day we shared the crab cakes and the Lobster sliders and those can’t be beat!! “This is my local starbucks, love these guys. Only down side I see is I love Clover Coffee and they occasionally start my coffee then the barista goes back to making the drinks on the espresso machine and forgets about my coffee. I sometimes have had to remind them to check the clover. But otherwise they are on top of service and products!“

“This Starbucks is the absolute gold standard for how all Starbucks should be. Coffee and food are consistent in taste and speed of course and space is set up perfectly after recent renovations.

The real highlight is that the staff is especially outstanding. All the workers here are so kind and hard working and so easy to talk to when you start your day groggy in desperate need for caffeine.

Coming here in the morning is a highlight of my routine for and it shows by how busy it is even relative to other locations in Simi
