Had a layover in Burbank and needed some good food and place to watch college football whileI waited for the rest of my family to come in town! Every weekend I go there with my wife and use the drive-thru. I dont know her name but she's closer to my age than the younger ones working. She hears the drinks we and food we order and knows who we are thru the microphone/speaker system. Her new suggestions are always on point and her service is always perfect. Thank you drive thru weekend person! You are always our favorite and our reason for coming back.

Food & drinks are always superb, of course, but this location has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! These people are beyond amazing and always go out of their way to ensure the best experience.
