Food is great. Tables could be cleaner but understandable cus of how busy it gets. Ignore the karen reviews from priveleged thousand oaks nimbys. They should be eating someplace with silver spoons.
Don't waste your time ordering online, they will complete it but because they don't look you in the eye while you order, they don't care how it's prepared. I order online for the convenience and what i got is borderline spoiled lettuce and like 3 pieces of chicken. I know chipotle is stingy when it comes to their protein quantity so they can upsell an extra serving of protein... but three pieces was beyond sad. The food was great. However, their servings are extremely small! I've been to other locations, and their servings are much larger. It seems like they want you pay for double the meat, and then you'll get a regular serving. Disappointed indeed. Smh.I knew I should have gone Firehouse Sub next door instead! Lol
