My husband and I ordered online and ask for spicy salsa, the staff put spicy salsa not on scoop but too much spices and when he ask to replace the bowl because I cannot eat too much spices they refused and ask to pay again. You don’t put spicy salsa on a bowl like a soup

Very bad food raw rice ,not enough portions, don't care listen to customer, when I complained about food, manager didn't show up tonight on 26th Feb at 7pm.I agree with other reviews 100 percent.Other branches are so better about food and customers care.Dirty tables and so on.......

So my experience multiple times with the Simi Valley chipotle has been absolutely disgraceful going into the bathroom was a mess every time I’ve gone in there. Getting the food and watching the employees serve my food into the bowl as well very very disgraceful, barely giving any food in any scoop always bad service never a good smile. Honestly a very bad time at the Simi Valley chipotle.

The food was great. However, their servings are extremely small! I've been to other locations, and their servings are much larger. It seems like they want you pay for double the meat, and then you'll get a regular serving. Disappointed indeed. Smh.I knew I should have gone Firehouse Sub next door instead! Lol
I’ve never left a review before and only doing this to save people from utter disappointment. Im actually shocked that it’s legal to take peoples money for what I got. I ordered a steak and rice bowl with extra portion of steak (extra $7) my bowl was not even half full, there would have been no more that 100 gms of steak and there wasn’t even the courtesy to fill the bowl up with rice which would cost next to nothing , again maybe 100 gms max.Above all that it was cold -I paid $22 and I’m absolutely starving still. I’m from Australia ?? if I had a car would come back and not leave till I got my money back.Maybe it’s different if you dine in but whatever you do do not order online .Highly disappointed and hungry .

Don't waste your time ordering online, they will complete it but because they don't look you in the eye while you order, they don't care how it's prepared. I order online for the convenience and what i got is borderline spoiled lettuce and like 3 pieces of chicken. I know chipotle is stingy when it comes to their protein quantity so they can upsell an extra serving of protein... but three pieces was beyond sad. I came home, laughed, and proceeded to cook even more chicken for myself. Would like to say i've had better experience ordering in person so i'll just do that next time

I came to this location with my family. My wife ordered the crispy tacos and I ordered the bowl. It was honestly one of the nicest Chipotles I've been to. My biggest irritation at any Chipotle is the rice! Every other store had crunchy rice, but this location was the only location where the rice was fresh and soft. Great job!The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Again, it's really one of the best locations I've been to.
