“Finally have an 85 degrees in Ventura county! We always had to drive far to visit a store. Since it's new, the store is still looking clean with a lot of selection! There's so many pastries to choose from. If you're looking for a drink I would recommend the Taro Lavender latte! So delicious! Other than that, big store and easy to get what you want.“
“Made a surprise stop here after getting gas nearby. Looked like a new shop with positive reviews and they were open on Christmas Day, so I was glad to be able to get a boba fix :)Ordered a jasmine milk tea, 75% sweet with brown sugar boba and it was good! Boba was fresh and chewy. No complaints, and the cashier was nice. They have a variety of snacks and Korean bingsoo to try. Nice small shop connected to the Chinese restaurant next door so you'll need to go there for a restroom. It's a small unassuming place but a nice local spot to give a try!“
“Makenna has one of the best coffee I have tasted (Iced Maui, w/almond milk, no whip). I usually order on the app for pick up and they always have my order ready. “Great spot! I think they're Persian / Iranian. Would be great if they would add some Persian breakfast items to their menu and make the ambiance nicer. Also if they were open till late night it would have been a plus for everyone in Simi Valley who's looking to hangout somewhere late nights.“
“My first time visiting Firehouse Cafe this morning. I got the California omelet with refried beans and biscuits and gravy. Food was good and the waitress was super friendly. Will be coming here again in the future. Would like to try lunch here.“
“So, I just discovered this little gem this morning. And it's so close to home! How have I never eaten here before!? They serve a warm piece of frosted pound cake that goes great with their coffee while you wait for your food. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. The inside is adorable (see photos). However, my one complaint would be that we went at a slower time (there were only a few patrons in the whole restaurant, including us) and several of the tables were dirty, and the hostess was sitting at the front counter on her phone ?(Kids these days). But overall a great experience, and I'll certainly go back!“

“I lived in Simi till I was 19 years old. From the time I can remember we went to Dr. Conkey's for treats and coffee. I left Simi in 2019 and just recently took my 5 kids here for a trip back home. Not much has changed. The fortune teller, the old general store feel, and the aromas brought me back to nostalgia. Love this place and so did the kids. Their fudge is still the bomb.Kid-friendliness: Lots of treat options, and the customer service is the best.“
“Just moved into Simi Valley last week and this has been my go to coffee shop for the last couple days early morning. The staff here are really friendly! So that is a plus, the location is newly remodeled and it's absolutely gorgeous, and it matches the more modern Starbucks locations I've seen throughout the valley. I have a go to order, always getting an oat milk latte. The last couple times I've noticed they can probably dial back the steam because that oat milk burns so quickly! Otherwise, I'm super super pleased with this location cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much for putting in that time and effort every morning making sure my order is right!“
“Their Hibiscus Berry Sunrise tea was very good, and the Vanilla Spiced Oat Cold Brew was delicious!! I don't usually like oat anything or the taste of cold brew but this changed my mind and I will be getting it again. Both the to-go service and ambiance was good as well.“
“It is actually very nice to have this brand new Starbucks location opened within a mile from my home. It is in a very convenient spot to get in and out of, and the service is always professional and fairly efficient. The quality of the coffee is standard to all Starbucks, but locations vary in customer service, significantly.The dining area is small, but adequate for some people to come in and meet and or enjoy a quick meal and coffee. I often see people working on the computers; so there's that.“
“Easy to find this Donut shop near the Vons on Erringer. I walked in to this Donut Time completely unsure about the type of donuts that they offer. My first impression is that this is a mom and pop operation. Their store is clean and even around 2pm in the afternoon, they had many donuts on selection. I think this place is definitely worth a try if you're craving a donut. I ended up choosing the Maple glaze donut and Chocolate bar donut. The dough was fresh and warm, it tasted much better than I was expecting for a few bucks!“

The only con about this place is sometimes they are really busy and there is only one person to work and there is only one blender so if there is a long line then it will take a while. Besides that everything else is good.“
“The Lucky Dog Cafe is my go-to coffee place in Simi Valley. The staff are wonderful, friendly and proficient. The coffee is outstanding, the baked goods are tasty. There is good indoor and outdoor seating in a very pleasant atmosphere. The lucky dog is pet friendly, and even though I don't own a pet, I enjoy having the occasional dog around. I highly recommend it.“
