I come here regularly and I’ve never been treated rudely or witnessed an employee with an attitude, but the Hispanic lady about 45 or 50 had quite the attitude on Friday. What’s the point of doing a pick up on the app if I have to stand there for five minutes while my food gets cold waiting to beg an employee for ketchup? This is a Los Angeles attitude right at home in Simi. And for the money, these fast food workers make nowadays they should at least try to be friendly....read full review
