Our family went there recently bc we wanted a cheaper option to Firehouse Subs. My husband and I each got a foot long. A basic footlong. No meal or add ons. I had maybe 4pieces of cheese and turkey, a few olives and a few pepperachini. Extremely disappointing. Worst customer service experience I have ever had in any of the fast food chains. We are usually subway fans, but sorry to say that the lady at the counter was showing so much of attitude ? may be she was having a bad day, but she should learn not to show it on the customers. Her complaint was that I was going too fast while ordering, and she was very rude, even telling me not to tap on the glass while ordering. Terrible customer service. The daytime lady manager has a very arrogant attitude and pretends that she doesn't understand what I am saying. She glared at me and made me repeat myself several times. Upper management should take more seriously the bad attitude if this employee.
