Great service but I couldn't leave a tip because of poor policy

I stopped by this Starbucks inside Albertsons to get a bagel. They told me they don't have bagels at this location so I got a chocolate croissant instead, I also got iced water. The barista was nice with me and toasted my croissant. There some tables and chair for people to sit at.
