Ever since the remodel the new employees do not know how to make drinks the same as before. When asked a question about a new drink they don't know answers. Twice I've left with not getting Anything do to their incompetence. You have a new special drink. Toasted vanilla Oat . I rarely write reviews but this one had to be posted. Let me start by sharing that I've been a customer of Starbucks, all over USA, for years and years, but today's service took my heart. I am 6 weeks post-partum today, recovering from an emergency c-section. Feeling overwhelmed I stepped out of my home, off for a walk and then to Starbucks to get some water and coffee.
