This morning I was so excited to get my coffee from Starbucks, however I had such a uncomfortable experience with Nicole I ordered my coffee. Then she told me that I have to reload before I order, although I go to Starbucks everyday and it has never been a issue. I won't be coming back to this location. Usually I have such a wonderful experience not today.

just don't. Unless you like condescending people who don't know how to mix coffee and tea drinks. Starbucks use to employ some really amazing baristas but now I guess anyone can mix and shake their drinks for a paycheck. They just remodeled the store but they need to remodel the employees. The Vons across the street has a Starbucks inside and the baristas there are phenomenal.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!I decided to go get a late night drink around 6:30ish and there associate there Brooke was so insanely rude and disrespectful to me. My drink ended up tasting absolutely awful and she refused to remake it. After my ordeal at Starbucks I began to walk around the store and she would give me the dirtiest looks and glares it was unreal and then I saw her looking and pointing at me as she talked to her coworker covering her mouth so I wouldn't see

Just stopped in for a grande drip coffee with a little room for cream to go. I asked for the dark roast which is listed on the sign on the machine. They don't have any, they only have Pike, ok fine. I get home and she only filled the cup 3/4 of the way with no cream, I paid $3.05 for this. I should learn by now not to go to this Starbucks, the few times I've gone here, the order is never right.

If I could do a negative stars I would. I ordered something simple: Triple shot iced espresso. Additional shots weren't added although it was paid for, when asked if added (mind you wasn't busy, literally just me) girl visibly rolled her eyes said yes. I said ok well can I get another, I paid again for it and the rep Emily didn't give me a lid. When I asked for one she rolled her eyes again. I happily paid for my drink the first time and yet again for their error. Least you could do is A. Make it right and B. Not have an attitude. If you don't want to be in the service industry DONT. Train your staff better.

This is the one Starbucks in Simi Valley that always gets my order correct! They are super friendly every time I come in. I always use the mobile ordering and they have it ready within 10 minutes, no matter how many drinks or food items I order. Whoever was working the bar today 08/31/22 at around 8am, you are amazing and you made my drink perfectly!

Ever since the remodel the new employees do not know how to make drinks the same as before. When asked a question about a new drink they don't know answers. Twice I've left with not getting Anything do to their incompetence. You have a new special drink. Toasted vanilla Oat . I Asked what it's made with since I do SF syrups and whipping cream and he had no idea so I asked if I can use SF vanilla and he looked at me and said it's not going to be sweet then. Umm ok. sad is still sweet but ok. . I said I do sugar free vanilla , Everything else is same. He just turned his back at me like I was d**** Walked out and got the exact drink I wanted at another Starbucks ! Need to pick it up Vons Starbucks.

I rarely write reviews but this one had to be posted. Let me start by sharing that I've been a customer of Starbucks, all over USA, for years and years, but today's service took my heart. I am 6 weeks post-partum today, recovering from an emergency c-section. Feeling overwhelmed I stepped out of my home, off for a walk and then to Starbucks to get some water and coffee. Ordered a latte and swiped my card. I noticed I didn't have my phone in my purse and my Credit card won't go through, so I tried another one, nopes won't go through. Tried multiple times and this shouldn't be happening. Embarassed, I was about to cancel my order, when the sweet cashier named "Lauren" said, "Ma'm it's ok. We got you." and gave me the coffee on the house. Thank you for making me believe in daily joys; thank you for not humiliating me and respectfully have some coffee You made me tear up and smile. I mean, really bad service. Almost walked away without my coffee and that is crazy! Dude at the counter, Thomas, first says there's no peppermint, ok cool I can grab some from the dairy case. Then no dark roast "we don't brew that until 8:30", wtf! Ok, I'll take pike ... but then, we don't have any Splenda alright man, can you ask customer service to get some? "No. There's no Starbucks in the entire state of California that will do that for you"... the energy in that place could re-freeze a melting glacier.

I give you've stars because of location and ots a nice store with friendly service. Only complaint. Make them start at 5am please. ? . There are Fitness Freaks and Sheetmetal Workers that absolutely need caffeine in the morning. Just saying. Have a great day.

My drink was made wrong yesterday, my vanilla cream cold-brew had 0 pumps of vanilla syrup, and maybe half a teaspoon of the cream.. so basically black coldbrew. Went back on my lunch break to get it fixed, the 2 guys working there pretended not to notice the line of customers and were not attentive at all. I did not have time to wait in the line just for a side of cream so I went to the side and had to project my voice. to get one of their attention, just to get attitude. NEVER again. Waste of money & time

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with no coffee and iced. They gave it to me with coffee and no ice so... I asked for a new drink and they completely ignored me and were being very rude. I waited 10 minutes and nobody did anything so my friend ordered a chocolate Frappuccino with no coffee and it was basically milk with the coffee that he didn't want, horrible experience.
