Every time I recommend this shop to friends, family, and coworkers, they become instant fans, making it their go-to donut spot. The family owners are always warm and welcoming, even at the crack of dawn.

Their orange juice is incredibly refreshing, and their donuts are truly exceptional. They're fluffier and sweeter than any others I've tried, with an irresistible taste that's hard to put into words. The ham and cheese croissant is another standout favorite.

Lynn and Yim are always so nice and polite and you can tell that they care about their customers and community. If you are ever near it, you definitely need to stop on by and get something. “I stopped by this Donut cafe this morning because another donut store nearby wasn't open. I found parking easily since I came in the early morning but the parking spots are limited here unless you park a little farther. When I walked in, I saw that this place charge a credit or debit card fee unless you spend a certain minimum so be aware. I went with a small hot chocolate, a glaze donut and a chocolate glaze donut. I did not like the hot chocolate, it tasted watered down and the chocolate powder was not good at all. I didn't even finish the drink since I didn't like it. The donuts were good, I don't think you can go wrong with donuts anywhere unless it's like old. The place is small inside but you can get your lottery here as well.

Parking: There are limited parking spots in front of the place but you can park farther away with more spots.
