“I was in their recently and I tried a new drink. It didn’t agree with me so I asked if I could order something else and they made me the best matcha. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location couldn’t be better — it’s perfectly situated in the shopping center with incredibly easy access to and from the 101 freeway.
Whether you’re grabbing a coffee before getting on the freeway or hopping off for a quick stop and heading right back on, it’s convenient and hassle-free.
It’s also the only Starbucks in Calabasas with a drive-through, which makes it even more convenient.
The drive-through itself is smooth and easy to navigate.

The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the store is always clean and well-maintained.
It’s a great, reliable spot whether you’re in a rush or just want to enjoy a relaxed coffee break.

“Solid, dependable stop, but not without a few drawbacks. Drinks are consistent and made well, though the food is hit-or-miss—nothing terrible, just not especially memorable for the price. Service was a bright spot during my visit: friendly, efficient, and the staff kept things moving even during a busy stretch.

The atmosphere is decent overall. There’s a good amount of seating, and I was able to find a spot without any issue, which is always a plus. It’s not the most unique or cozy Starbucks, but it gets the job done comfortably.
