I go to this Starbucks on a weekly basis because, I bowl at the bowling center just across the street. I was sitting down having a conversation with my pastor and two you guys started vaping. I asked one of the employees could they get me the manager. And this very nice and brave young lady name Bre, said she will handle it. And she did! Very politely but firm. And the two boys left. I thanked her and gave her a compliment.
About five times now I have ordered coffee and it’s not done the right way . I don’t think that they are looking at the labels on the coffee cups . I’ve had five issues already with my drinks , is there a site manager? They really need to follow the directions on how to make the coffees I paid for extras and I never get them. there’s always a recipe in my drink that’s missing. Making coffee is a no-brainer.
