You walk in and there are young people everywhere. Clearly this is their hang out. There was a very long line at the register but no one was taking orders. The girl with the black shirt was standing around talking about mom work stuff. so I spoke up to her and said "Is anyone taking orders?" So then she came over and started taking orders. The floors were very dirty. The workers all were working hard though. They were all friendly. Just the one slacking incident in the beginning....read full review
Great Starbucks inside the local Vons in Simi Valley! Staff are friendly and beverages are always spot-on. I highly recommend this Starbucks if you're in a hurry for that morning coffee

Love the food and the drinks, staff is okay. What I don't like, is that I am always asked to answer a question. The question is, if I want to leave a tip! I don't leave a tip, because it's just rude to ask for a tip, when I haven't been asked if I need napkins, utensils or anything else!
