“The Cookie Cafe is a hidden gem. Its name does not provide the actual food it offers. AND, their homemade cookies are FRESH and DELICIOUS! They have breakfast, lunch and dinner options. They offer coffee and espresso. And, their prices are Betty reasonable. They also have a nice dining area inside and a few tables outside. Their staff are nice and helpful. If you are in the neighborhood, it’s worth the stop to check it out.“

“I just went for a 2nd time last night (1st time was last year) and oh my gosh this place is awesome! not only is the food absolutely delicious and there's a huge variety of things you could get but the service is fantastic and the servers and owner- a young lady we met, are all so nice and helpful and considerate. Throw in the prices are so reasonable compared to many. I so wish there was one closer to my home over on the west side of L.A.,. but I'll just have to make the trip more often!“

“What a nice little unassuming burrito shack right on the PCH. I have to admit, I don't understand the name at all though.

Parking and seating here are limited. But it's the PCH in a busy area of Malibu, so that comes with the territory.

The menu is mostly breakfast burritos, tacos, sandwiches, etc. Order at the walk up window and wait for your number. Hope a table is open or eat on the trunk of your car.

I got the chorizo, egg, and potato burrito with some spicy salsa roja, and it was quite nice. They use the stretchy, fatty, Sonora style tortillas which are perfect for this application. The fillings were fresh and flavorful.

I wouldn't necessarily come out of my way to visit often, but if passing by, it's a great option to stop off for a nice quick breakfast.“

It was Leeron’s first day working there on Saturday and he served us on Sunday too. “What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. “After reading Google Reviews, this place was on our list for breakfast while visiting Calabasas. It's really an old diner with good old fashioned breakfast. Service was really good, breakfast was great and selection on the menu was awesome. While we got lucky finding a parking spot on a busy Sunday morning, I can see where that could be an issue.“
