This place gets very busy for good reason; I take it as a chance to practice my patience knowing some of the most delicious food is coming my way. Despite being busy, it helps that everyone who works there is so kind and expertly knowledgable. I tried this vegan sushi today for the first time and it was so very good! The food was hot, flavorful, and unique. I got the fried vegetable tempura and it didn't taste like it was fried in 10-year-old oil... It actually tasted fresh! The produce was fresh and delicious. I could go on and on about how good this food was! The orange chicken was fluffy and a good ratio of breading to "meat." To the owners: you're doing a great job! Thank you for providing this delicious food!

Food is absolutely delicious, as others have said, it's so "real" looking and tasting you have to re-read the "100% Vegan" on the menu to convince yourself. All 6 staff members we encountered were incredibly friendly and seemed to genuinely like being there. Nice, quiet atmosphere allowed for conversation. Overall exemplary experience and I can't wait to go back!
