“I just went for a 2nd time last night (1st time was last year) and oh my gosh this place is awesome! not only is the food absolutely delicious and there's a huge variety of things you could get but the service is fantastic and the servers and owner- a young lady we met, are all so nice and helpful and considerate. Throw in the prices are so reasonable compared to many. I so wish there was one closer to my home over on the west side of L.A.,. but I'll just have to make the trip more often!“

We had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday at Café Bizou in Agoura Hills yesterday, and the entire experience was outstanding. Café Bizou is one of those wonderful, old-school, family-owned restaurants that combines excellent food, reasonable prices, and genuinely warm hospitality.

We were greeted immediately and seated at a lovely table. When we realized there was an air-conditioning vent directly underneath us, the owner graciously moved us to another comfortable table without hesitation.

Our server, Matt, was absolutely amazing—polite, attentive, cordial, and, most importantly, genuinely friendly. His wonderful service made our birthday celebration even more special.

We began with the Caesar salad and mixed berry salad, both of which were fresh and delicious. For our entrées, we enjoyed the surf and turf and the short ribs. Everything was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and thoroughly enjoyable. We finished our meal with the flourless chocolate cake, tiramisu, and a lovely glass of Prosecco—the perfect ending to a fantastic evening.

Hear me loud and clear: If you haven’t visited Café Bizou, give them a try! The prices are excellent, the food is high-quality, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Visit them this week—you won’t regret it. We look forward to returning!“

“This is a smaller-sized Thai restaurant tucked into the corner of Twin Oaks Plaza, along with a few other restaurants. It can be a little easy to miss, so hopefully this helps anyone who is having trouble finding it.

We have ordered takeout from here a few times, and every dish we’ve tried has been consistently good. A friend who dines here often originally recommended it to me, specifically for the quality of the food and the attentive service.

The last time I was here, I simply walked in because I happened to be in the area. I’m sure you can order online or call ahead as well.

Although the restaurant is on the smaller side, it is neat and well kept. The paintings on the walls and other decorative touches immediately give you that unmistakable Thai atmosphere. There is also a table with condiments available, which is especially convenient when picking up takeout.

The server at the front was very attentive, and I was able to place my order in about two minutes. She also gave me a helpful warning about the spice levels: their definition of “mild” is genuinely Thai, which means it may be closer to an American medium. If your spice tolerance is more like my young daughter’s, I would definitely go with “very mild” or “no spice.”

The food has a wonderfully strong herbal flavor, with very little grease, sugar, or cream. It tastes fresh and natural rather than overly heavy.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys flavorful, authentic Thai food. My favorites are the green papaya salad, green curry, Pad Thai, and Pad See Ew. You can also customize the protein, and I usually go with shrimp or chicken.“

“yeah this place was pretty great. honestly we kept going back multiple times on our trip becuase we couldnt get enough of the gnocchi, it was soft and melt in your mouth but still had texture somehow. the outdoor seating area has that casual vibe, it never felt super rushed or anything like that, the service was friendly which ALOT of fancy places mess up in my experiance you walk in and feel judged. i am DEFINATELY going back next time im in town even if its totally out of the way for me its worth the drive.“

I’ve come here many times, but lately have been seated at the bar. My bartender Taise is very friendly, welcoming and attentive.
