“I only post if I’m compelled to by something exceptional. The food is tasty here, the prices are unexpectedly reasonable, the drinks are strong and big, and the service is great! I’ve come here many times, but lately have been seated at the bar. My bartender Taise is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. I previously had my 50th birthday party here with 20+ people and had random requests, but everything was met with kind helpful responses. It’s a great place! Like I said, I rarely take the time to post unless it’s worthy of it.“

“I went to Sharkys with my 13wk old puppy to start practicing sitting nicely at a restaurant. I carried him in to pick up, and asked if there is an option to have the food brought outside (I dont want to be that rule breaker, bringing in pets that are not service dogs) The server was really sweet and explained, I just have to order to eat in, and they will find me outside. PS - he did great!“

“Real crab in the burrito-peefect.The Cancun burrito which had grilled fish and real crab, had an amazing flavor. It comes with tortilla which is great with the salsa bar. Great flavors, ch I ices and pther items at the self service bar. Especially the Habanero. Staff are welcoming and friendly which is a high point. I wished the burrito was a little larger, but with the chips amd crab is filling. I cannot wait to come back again. Overall, 10/10. Flavor 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10. “This place has been consistent for many many years let’s get into it.

There’s plenty of parking, that’s never an issue.
Upon walking in I was greeted immediately.
The interior is very clean and has good seating.

The menu is easy to understand and the ordering counter is simple.

I’ve had mostly everything from here. And what’s funny about it. Is I feel their chicken quesadilla is one of the best in the entire US.
Something simple KEPT simple. And it does SO well.
Chicken is always tender, fresh and seasoned very well.
Right amount of cheese.
Not greasy at all.

So would I recommend this place?
Absolutely.
If you want some good Americanized Mexican food.
This is definitely a go to.
By no means is it authentic what so ever.
But is it fresh? Yes.
Does it have flavor? Absolutely.

Walking in you see the amazing mural they have on the back wall but you also get an instant aroma of the delicious food they have brewing. Jesse’s friendly face at the counter invites you in and his knowledge of the food leaves you conflicted on what to order. I had a classic, their menudo. It came with handmade tortillas and their taco bar has the most flavorful red salsa I’ve ever had. Perfect combination for the menudo. I also had an agua fresca. Their cucumber mint was refreshing. My girlfriend had their pozole. Although I didn’t taste it I couldn’t help but steal one of her tostadas, slap on some of that red salsa and some cheese and sour cream. To finish it off we had a plátano frito with lechera. Honestly, everything was to die for. Will definitely be back for more. We were left with a craving for their specialty, their huarache.“

“We got our usual burritos, a Fajita burrito and a Chile Relleno burrito. They are both so flavorful! I highly recommend all of their burritos. The burritos are so large we cut them in half and have them for lunch the next day.

“I come to this place every Friday and that is not an exaggeration, I absolutely love this place. Everything on the regular and specials menu is amazing and I’m always finding something new. The margaritas are always terrific and Jordan, the bartender/unofficial face if Los Agaves, is super nice and often times knows my family’s drink/food order even before we do.

Also, the manager, Carlos, always does a great job taking care of all the tables, checking in occasionally throughout the meal.

I cannot recommend this place and the molcajete sauce enough.“
