“We always stop at this Jack In Box on our way to UCLA . Great service always and I order original regular ice coffee and it was a small cup and asked the manager if this was the largest and she said no ( this is our half way point) I asked how much more it would cost for larger and she just gave it to me. I said thank you and God bless you. I would had to go out and get my purse and come back in. But she just gave it to me. Kindness goes far even if on a schedule. Also there was a motorcycle POLICE OFFICER on his bike when we pulled into in the parking lot and my 7 year old grandson said he wanted to go and say "Good Morning " we did and he said thank you for your service!" He went and said let me pull over to a slot and park. So he went around and parked. He pulled up the kick stands and said to get on and told him he needed some flashing lights and turned them on and then gave him a sticker badge. Talk about making a 7 year old happy. Who knew just going over and saying good morning and ty for the service would turn out FUN for a 7 year old. Need to have more kindness in this world.Thank you to the POLICE OFFICER for taking your time for my grandson!!!!��“

“It was good but my order was disappointing. I ordered a Flying Dutchman ( no bun). I asked for animal style. (Sauce and onions). The girl said they would give them on the side. I got just two patties with cheese. I went back and asked for the notions and says I had to pay extra for. I got two sauce packets, lettuce and tomato in a packet then the guy brought me a packet with onions. All Al a cart. This was the first time this happened. I have had to eat off a napkin or the paper packets.“

And what I said before the food is always better on the weekends specifically at night. I always get helped by Gustavo and he does a good job to make sure everything’s perfect. “Our furbabies love the "pup meals" at In-n-Out. We went yesterday for our furbabies 12th birthday and had a HUGE order for their birthday party with family. Mia helped us out at the drive-thru. She saw our furbabies in the car and we told her it was their birthday and told her what we were doing. She was so amazing!! She was patient with us and our order. As we drove thru to pick up our food, she came to the window and said "hi, it’s me again" and handed us 1 of our bags, which was the food for the furbabies. Inside the bag, was a hand written note on a napkin that said "Happy Birthday". We were so touch that she went above and beyond to make our babies birthday special that we told the other employees that she needed a raise! One of our babies has a heart condition that he wasn’t suppose to be with us anymore so this gesture was so special and made our day!! Thank you again Mia!!!!!“

“I eat at Carl's Jr. Maybe once a month here in the SFV and it's just okay. I happen to be in Westlake Village the other day and stopped at Carl's Jr.and it had a be the best Carl's burger I've ever eaten. It was fresh off the grill and ranked up there with the Habbit. The Carl's Jr's I visit here in the valley is usually preheated and already cooked sitting for who knows how long. Kinda good it's not closer because I would probably be eating there every other day“

“The workers here are so chill, no one is rude or struggles to understand basic English. They never complain if I ask for extra sauces or anything like that. Compared to the McDonald’s around the corner, it’s a night-and-day difference. I really appreciate the employees here for being so kind and chill. “I love Baja Fresh especially the Baja Burritos the Fajitas are great as well as their tacos. Ingredients are always fresh. They always provide extra chips when asked. I really enjoy all the different salsa in the salsa bar. The negatives are they no longer give the grilled green onion with the entrees and the banana peppers are no longer provided in the salsa bar.“

The location was out of the taco salad, but she kindly recommended the apple pecan. I’ve never had such great service in the drive thru of any restaurant. Once I got to the window, she was all smiles. This location is lucky to have her! I will be back just due to this amazing service.“

“Honestly the best experience I've had at a fast food place; the interior is really nice, the lighting is very decorative and there is plenty of space to walk around, it doesn't feel too tight and it still leaves plenty of seating. Not to mention the cleanliness of the area itself, not a spot left on the tables, the floor, the seats, the entire building is spotless.

No complaints regarding the service whatsoever, the food was ready sooner than expected and was received without any trouble.

As for the food, the flavor of the food wasn't anything mindblowing, but the quality was definitely worth noting. Their burgers looked like they do in the commercials, they were assembled neatly, and what shocked me the most, the chicken in the chicken sandwich was actually crispy. The fries were alright, the tacos were decent, nothing was really below standards in any way.

For the amount we paid for the meal, the quality of the food was incredible. We paid 17 dollars for 4 burgers, 4 tacos, and 4 fries, which is LESS than what you'd spend at McDonald's for significantly less food. I strongly suggest you come here if you're hungry and on a budget.“
