“if you can have a 5 star customer service experience at a jack in the box it's worth yelping about. Stopped at the drive through for a light snack off their snack menu. Date 2/9/23 at 12:52 pm. Order # 873. First Norma was taking orders outside in the wind, was so nice and sweet felt bad she had to stand in the wind . Then at the window the gentleman, i didn't catch his name gave me the wrong order . I glanced in my bag as i was leaving checking for my sauces but i did t look at the food. While i was driving in circles around the gas station attempting to get out, the super nice window clerk came running out with my correct order ! Now i've never seen any employee of a fast food restaurant try so hard to get the right order to the right person. If he's not the manager he should be. He truly understands what customer care is all about . He sets an example for his whole team . i wished again i knew his name to give him direct credit so Management if you bother reading the yelps , your employees are very well trained and kudos , but give this guy a promotion as he really gets it. I gave you my order # & details so you know who the employee is. Thanks again for being so nice and going out of your way . you didn't have to do it . That little gesture really made my day! “My very first in n out burger and first fast food chain restaurant in years!!!I usually avoid fast food but this place is an exception.I got a cheeseburger with raw onions. It was fresh, clean, simple and delicious! So inexpensive.It was small so I would get maybe two of them or a double double if I go again.“
