“They turned off the music in the restaurant. It is pretty quiet, since they turned off the Muzak. Plan on spending 5-10min for indoor orders to go. Drive Thru 2-5min. EBT is currently accepted along with the normal forms of payment. I miss the background music, please bring it back :(“

“Family-owned spot and really good! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Double Hickory-Smoked Patty Burger, a Western Hot Dog, and fries with chili on the side. Everything was pretty good. I definitely should’ve gotten a root beer float too！“

“This is hands down the best Panda Express in the SFV! We’ve tried all the other locations, and none of them compare. The staff is friendly, the service is great, and the food portions are great. Everything is always fresh and hot. If there’s ever an issue, they remedy it quickly. Overall, the management is excellent. We always drive farther just to come to this location!“

“Outstanding drive thru experience. I left at the speaker at a McDonalds 5 minutes prior because their experience was, or should be but probably isn't, an embarrassment. With fast food now it's store to store. If management is good, if service is good then you have a fighting chance. This Jack in the Box excelled. Quick, courteous, goty order right etc. Food was fresh, hot and good. Breakfast Burrito meal. I recommend their taco sauce for it. Made all the difference. The potato cake was also hot and good. It shouldn't be so hard to find a fast food place that cares about their performance. Sadly it's FAR more common to find the disgrace of a McDonald's I left to come to this excellent Jack in the Box. Well done.“

“First of all, the service from the guy who doesn't speak Spanish is a love, I loved it, he was very friendly, and personally I am a superfan of Subway, it is my favorite food, plus the TUNA Sabway, although this time I didn't find the tuna so good, I don't know what it is. It was missing something but from there everything was super delicious I give it 5 stars“

“The Subway franchises in the San Fernando Valley, CA, have bee remarkably consistent in their high level of food quality and service. This location was no different.

The staff were not just competent, but expressed a genuine, thoughtful kindness that can’t be faked. While I had business in the SFV that day, I’m starting to think that a trip to The Valley might just be worth the trip for my favorite breakfast and excellent service.“

“I rarely leave reviews (good or bad), but I feel compelled to do one now. A HUGE shout out to Aaron and Daniel behind the counter. Every time I come in, they treat me like I’m Tom Cruise or some kind of VIP. Always smiling and friendly…the absolute BEST customer experience. They’ll make the sandwich any way you want it. If you have a coupon, they don’t act like the discount is coming out of their paycheck (dealt with that many times elsewhere). If you need help with the app, they jump right on it instead of the usual “I don’t know how the app works”. But it’s not just me. I’ve been in line and seen them treat the customers ahead of me exactly the same way. Seriously, other companies should send their CSRs here to see how great customer service is done. And I say that as the manager of customer service for a mid-size company with 87 employees under me. Because of that, I pay attention to the customer service level everywhere, and it's mostly employees that give off the vibe that they would rather be ANYWHERE than work. Many Subways and other restaurants around me, but this is my permanent go-to spot. Five HUNDRED stars!!!“
