“Today I stopped by In-N-Out Burger in Sherman Oaks, and it reminded me why this place remains one of California’s most beloved burger chains. Despite the steady line of customers, everything moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was energetic, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to help.

I ordered my usual meal, found a seat, and within a few minutes I was enjoying a fresh burger made to order. The vegetables tasted crisp, the burger was hot and juicy, and the ingredients felt noticeably fresher than what you’ll find at most fast-food restaurants. The fries came out hot and fresh as well, exactly how they should be.

What I appreciate about In-N-Out is that they don’t try to be something they’re not. The menu is simple, the food is consistent, and they focus on doing a few things exceptionally well. In a world where many restaurants constantly chase trends, there’s something refreshing about a place that sticks to its formula and continues to deliver.

The Sherman Oaks location was clean, well-managed, and busy for a reason. You can tell that people keep coming back because they know exactly what they’re going to get: fresh food, friendly service, and good value.

There are plenty of burger places in Los Angeles, but every now and then a visit to In-N-Out reminds me why it has earned such a loyal following. A simple meal done right is sometimes better than anything complicated.“

“Our furbabies love the "pup meals" at In-n-Out. We went yesterday for our furbabies 12th birthday and had a HUGE order for their birthday party with family. Mia helped us out at the drive-thru. She saw our furbabies in the car and we told her it was their birthday and told her what we were doing. She was so amazing!! She was patient with us and our order. As we drove thru to pick up our food, she came to the window and said "hi, it’s me again" and handed us 1 of our bags, which was the food for the furbabies. Inside the bag, was a hand written note on a napkin that said "Happy Birthday". We were so touch that she went above and beyond to make our babies birthday special that we told the other employees that she needed a raise! One of our babies has a heart condition that he wasn’t suppose to be with us anymore so this gesture was so special and made our day!! Thank you again Mia!!!!!“

Yes, I should have checked, but I didn’t, drove home and was missing 2 fries. It’s annoying when you see them chatting it up and being distracted.“

The service is great, but the customers are not always great, I’ve know these people take a lot of bs from rude customers. The workers make great burgers, give great service, and they got the 8.99 double famous star + small drink + fries combo which I always get.

I enjoy this Carl’s out of all the other ones near me, you guys make me happy every time, and i always try to clean my table well to show my appreciation.

“Been here many times and never had a complaint. The food is always good and fresh, large portions and very reasonable price. The Japanese chicken is killer and cant be found elsewhere. Also there are two noodle options, chow mein or rice noodles and they're both good. Its always clean and they have a large selection of options. Chicken wings are made to order and always taste good. There are closer chinese food places to me but I will drive here over them, its worth it 10/10 will visit again (and again and again)“

We sat at the covered tables on the upper deck (clean and provided shade) as it was hot but a little breezy. Overall, we would stop here again, next time we are in the valley. 😊“

“Raising Cane's is incredibly consistent between every location I've been and this one was in line with that trend. I stopped in around midnight on a Sunday and found the place bustling with post night-out baddies and other folks getting a bite to eat. Ordering was easy with the kiosks or at the counter and the order only took about 5 minutes.

I got a box combo (4 tenders) and an extra toast looking forward to making little sandwiches, but regrettably they where out of coleslaw. I may be in the minority of loving the very mid cole slaw (as the founder himself has characterized it). After going back in to ask about its absence I realized that's why I had 3 toasts and no slaw, a nice touch by the staff to address it. I probably would've been told if I hadn't used the kiosk.

“Sunday nights. 4am. I’m hungry and tired. I come here after work and who am I greeted by? The friendliest, happiest dude ever. I don’t know his name but he’s Latino and he legit is super friendly and helpful. That guy deserves a raise, or a gold medal or something. I have no idea how he keeps himself so happy but whatever it is, he’s awesome. I wish I knew his name. The food is always warm and decently fresh tasting, I only eat fast food after work if I’m starving but when I do eat it, I make sure to come to this dude. I hope all his wishes come true. I ordered a triple Western bacon cheese burger combo on Uber eats and the fries were not only burned but they're old.
The burger was good like always except the fries.
This is the second time I recieved an old burned fries.

Update: I called them and they were able to answer and it was corrected.“
