All I can say is this is the best sandwich shop. Amazingly delicious sandwiches, competitive prices. Fast and friendly service. Their Hook & Ladder and Italian sandwiches are amazing! Highly recommend!
I stop here during long trail walks. The Hero is my go to. It's a sub place, so rating Ambiance is kinda irrelevant. It's a level up from Subway in most aspects and this is reflected in the pricing. 3 sizes of subs to choose from. Service is usually professional. I like it well enough to visit probably 15 times a year or more. I would give it a slight nod over Capriotti's, for instance.

I just hit up this spot for the second time, and hands down, it's my go-to sub joint in the US. I'm all about those steak and cheese subs, and let me tell you, theirs is the absolute bomb.
