I just hit up this spot for the second time, and hands down, it's my go-to sub joint in the US. I'm all about those steak and cheese subs, and let me tell you, theirs is the absolute bomb. Shoutout to Jennifer and the crew for making us feel like family. From service to the kitchen staff, everyone's chill and friendly. No doubt, I'm gonna keep coming back for more.

I stop here during long trail walks. The Hero is my go to. It's a sub place, so rating Ambiance is kinda irrelevant. It's a level up from Subway in most aspects and this is reflected in the pricing. 3 sizes of subs to choose from. Service is usually professional. I like it well enough to visit probably 15 times a year or more. I would give it a slight nod over Capriotti's, for instance.

Ordered on the app. Intentionally showed up 5 mins after to pick up an order for a coworker with mine. Theirs was done and mine was not. Had to wait 10 mins for the order to be prepared. No offer to reduce price/something for the inconvenience which was offered to another customer with the same issue. Haven't been here before and won't be back. Also shy on the sides.

This is my first time here and it was fabulous. I had a T-Mobile Tuesday promo, but when I tried to place the order online, there was no section for special instructions, so I asked them at the counter to omit mayo and onions. It was delicious and everyone who works here is so friendly! If you're in the area, this is a great place to stop for a meal. Huge selection, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, very clean.Highly recommend!!

The food itself is average and can't say it beats subway coupons lol but the staff are nice and helpful. Plus they have Dukes Mayo!!! If you're from the south you know and if you aren't then try it :)

Fresh subs done the right way. Sandwich shops can be incredibly hard for me to eat at because of my dairy allergy. The firehouse crew has always handled my food allergy with the utmost care. Took one bite and fell in LOVE. Haven't had a sandwich this good in a while. I got tired of subway and jerseys, there sandwiches were DRY. Quiznos has been closing down and they were my fav because they weren't stingy with the sauce. I finally found this spot near my babysitting gig! Will definitely come back and try something new.

Just another Firehouse Subs? Well, not really. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Sandwich was the normal, very good quality of other Firehouse subs. Two clean bathrooms near the back on the right. The cashier was very helpful and recommended signing up on their app. Gets you points and a free sub on your birthday. I did it and it worked great. Decent sized parking lot because it's part of a strip mall. Nice sized dining area with a couple of tables out front. Has the usual 100 in 1 fountain drink machines. Good crowd for lunch, it was about half full with the addition of those coming it to get food to go.Hungry for a Firehouse sub? Here's a good place to get one. Enjoy!
