“Great place to get a vegan burger and fries. The owner is super nice. He sub'd out onions for grilled onions even though it isn't on the menu. The burgers are really good, and the fries are crispy, not soggy, so good. Parking is good, and there is inside seating, but none outside. Easy on and off the I-5 in Santa Clarita.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing experience we had at Jack in the Box. Alex at the drive-thru was incredibly courteous, respectful, and welcoming from start to finish. Customer service like that truly makes a difference and deserves to be acknowledged.

I also want to give kudos to the kitchen staff because the food presentation was surprisingly great — everything was neat, fresh, and not sloppy at all. You can tell the team takes pride in their work, and that effort often goes unnoticed in fast food restaurants. The food was absolutely delicious 🤤 and the overall experience restored a little trust for us because we usually avoid fast food due to past experiences elsewhere.

This visit was different. The entire team made the experience enjoyable, and I would absolutely come back and bring my family here again. I truly hope this review reaches their supervisor because Alex and the kitchen staff deserve recognition for the pride and care they put into their work.

I called and spoke to a gentleman named Alex, and he was super friendly and took the time to listen to me and help us out. We got a brand new order delivered to us and it looks great. “Placed a hot sub 2/23/26 3pm and was done quick. I can respect the attention to detail about how the sub wasn’t wrapped too tight for a hot sub and there wasn’t chicken or cheese melting out the side in the wrapper.

As I was waiting in line, the only slight con that I would mention is maybe more banter/light conversation between the slicer and then also whoever sprinkling the subs. I get that you want to ask for their order and ask Mikes Way and just finish the sub. But one thing that made the store that I had great in NC was the owner and GM always being friendly and asking about the customers day.

“For my first time there I tried the #4 combination plate with two beef enchiladas and double beans (both black and pintos to try the duo instead of the rice). Everything was EXCELLENT! For one thing they don't use ground beef and their beef enchiladas they use a nice cut of shredded beef that is incredibly tasty without even leaning on the cheese and the sauce for flavor. I also decided to have on the side a taco suave of beef, which was also very well cooked, savory and tender. The meal comes with a nice basket of chips which is great to have with they're very abundant salsa bar! Their Pico de Gallo had just enough Pico, and their Salsa Iguana had a nice kick without punting your esophagus into the burn zone. I can't say enough marvelous things about this Mom and Pop local restaurant in Santa Clarita! I'll DEFINITELY be back to partake in even more!“

No, you don't because you have a pizza cutter to use...or supposed to use! Three out of four of our pizzas we bought today were not cut. Really? Come on Papa's ... you're better than that. Very disappointed to say the least. It was still delicious once we got it cut though.“
