My wife ordered the tonkatsu ramen and I ordered jjamppong. Both dishes were good, even on a hot summer day.

This is a little gem, it is a perfect restaurant for the area. Food was delicious, authentic and atmosphere was comfortable. The service was kind and gracious. Stop and give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

“Ordered for pickup through DoorDash. It was very quick, and the restaurant is inside the ramen restaurant.

The tacos were pretty good; I liked the beef the best. The bulgogi fries were delicious. Not too salty, and the portions are perfect.

My only issue was it was a little cold, and I had picked up in 20-30 minutes after ordering.“

It did not disappoint!
Fresh Bun, big juicy and crispy chicken breast with pickles. Delicious!! Place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

“Really good grilled chicken, decent portion sizes too. The tortillas are homemade, and it shows, they are delicious. The price is really good considering how much food they give you. I ordered over the phone for pickup, and it was ready right as I got there. Friendly staff as well. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.“

My 12yo said the chicken was tender inside and really good seasoning, he got Medium & hot (wasnt too spicy), fries were bland, needed some salt. Garlic knots were good, but too heavy on the seasoning. Sauce was ok, very tangy. He said the pizza was really good. Prices are a little high. It's a small place, about five tables inside, clean & located in a small plaza. Staff was very welcoming & pleasant.“

I was out in the world longer than I wanted to be and pulled off at the truck stop LATE to see if I could roll up on a cute food truck or a drive thru for some late night vittles. ?Most things were closing or closed. It was too late for doordash or a different service & I had a ways to go before my destination.I pulled up to the Lunch Box & they were still alive! Not only alive, but service with a smile as well! “This is one of the best pollo locos!... Don't know why, but the food always tastes better here.... I only eat the avocado chicken burrito .. maybe it is just about proportions, the ingredients are the same but the overall taste is always better here than in the one by my house in Moorpark.... My only complaint goes for all pollo locos... buy some better quality aluminum foil... after unwrapping the burritos, the flour tortilla always has a metallic taste..... this feels very wrong to me....aluninum should not be an ingredient in Mexican food.....or any food for that matter....“
