“I am 65 years old. We had dinner at Humble Bird Saturday night. I have never, repeat, NEVER had chicken this good. Crisp, juicy (but not dripping like other places), no grease in sight. We got mild, but used the hot honey supplied and what a combination of flavors. We also got potato salad and slaw. Both great additions to an already wonderful meal. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was spotless. I live north of Seattle, but would consider driving down just for more of their chicken...Well, and to visit my kids.“

I ordered the Honey Garlic and Soy Garlic wings. I thought the Honey Garlic was better. I also really liked the French fries. “They have the best gorditas around! It’s been a min since I’ve been back. Arrived on a Monday late afternoon and no one was there. Oh yes, call ahead if you want to order the gorditas. Like I mentioned previously they make it from scratch so it takes some time. The lady on the phone said my to go order would take 20 mins. Decided to eat it there and my heart melt! The salsa is bomb, the food is bussin, come support small businesses!

Tender, juicy and not too greasy with just the right amount of spiciness. If you've ever had Dave's Hot Chicken, well, this place makes it better! Hey Senders, please open a location in the Bay Area!

“This is our neighborhood El Pollo Loco and have even had them cater for a family party. Always fast and consistent food. The service is always polite and patient with those trying to decide what to order. \nThe chicken pieces are always hot and juicy however if you put some in the refrigerator and go to eat it the next day (even if you warm it in the microwave) the chicken is then dry and all I can say is, eat El Pollo within an hour after getting the chicken as it really is pretty tough the next day!“
