Fina Estampa is a rare Peruvian restaurant that offers wonderful food, excellent service, and great value. The Chupe de camarón soup and Lomo Saltado are highly recommended, and the papa a la Huancaina is delicious. The restaurant serves the best ceviche around and the Jalea is crispy and flavorful. The chicha morada is a nice touch, served in metal glasses for an authentic Peruvian experience. However, some customers have noted that the prices have increased and the quality of food has decreased, with dishes like simple white rice, Lomo Saltado, and papa rellena filling being too salty. The restaurant's aji sauce is a highlight, and the alfajores are a gem, especially the mega sized single, which is stuffed with caramel.
