Pollo Campero corporate you need to step up your game. I have visited three of your establishments various times and I always find myself lamenting my choice. The excuses they have giving me are not acceptable. They ran out of chicken wait 30-45 min, our system is down sorry we can't charge you, our system is down only cash. I first had Pollo Campero 5 years ago and it was amazing. I love fried food but that grilled chicken was my go to. But a couple of years ago I think there was a corporate buy out so the ownership changed and that's when I noticed the quality of the chicken going down. Everything took longer and the chicken got smaller and smaller. I decided to give it another chance and ordered a 2 piece meal and a side of yucca fries. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They take everything very serious with the social distancing and masks are required. As for the food I got two piecemeal and not bad at all. The chicken is crispy and juicy with the mashed potatoes very good as well. Overall will come next to try their chicken sandwich.
